Service was slow... Had to wave down server for refills.They need to schedule or hire more servers, because the wait a server after getting seated was longer than the wait for a table. Nobody knows who supposed to be waiting on your table. Server very nonchalant and rude.
We went after St. Patrick's parade in downtown. It wasn't that busy but the food took some time to come out. When the food came out, it was a little burnt. Overall the experience was okay.

I am extremely unsatisfied with the food from Applebee's on Windsor's Spring Road, Augusta, Georgia. Ireceived 2 tablespoons of the tomato basil soup. The reason being the portion is preset. $5.00 for 2 Tablespoons. Do better Applebee's!An Unsatisfied customer
