I went in Friday around 4 pm and the service was horrible. It took forever to receive our food and when it did come the steak was so bloody. Blood in my mashed potatoes as well, so I asked my server if I could get a done steak and different mashed potatoes and you could tell he instantly had an attitude his name was (Carsen). Not sure why he got so upset but after that his demeanor was rude. When the steak came back it was better, but charred bc they didn't use a fresh steak just overcooked the one I sent back. I just wish we had better service considering the amount of time waiting on food and the screwed up food. Also my shrimp were under cooked. I didn't bother to send them back I just wanted to eat and leave. The whole experience took over 2 hours mostly waiting on our food.

I most likely won't be back to this specific location. We walked in, no one was at the front to greet us. It wasnt busy at all so we figured the wait wouldn't be long. Then we had 3 people walk up to the podium. The first young lady said she was just coming to look at the seating chart and went back to the kitchen. Another young lady walked up looked at the seating chart and walked back. Meanwhile we still having been greeted or seated. Then I see what I think is a manager cause she has a solid red shirt on, make eye contact with me and still no one came over and asked us Anything. This wasnt our first time experiencing this here at this location. So After about 5 to 7 minutes we realized no one was going to greet or seat us so we just ended sitting at the Bar. I am big on customer service and just didn't feel that they even gave a damn we were there. The food wasn't anything to brag about so ultimately. I think it would be better for us to not go to this location.

I told the lady we would wait and she said I can't have you waiting and I told her I can't sit in hard chairs that I needed a booth.... You could tell the moment we walked through the door she didn't want to be there or do her job! Never will I ever return to this Applebee's and I will never support another Applebee's

The nastiest wontons I ever had. It had a lot of mayo and no chicken. This is usually all I ever order and is so good. Somehow they managed to mess it up. It was so disgusting I had to spit it out. And just asked for a refund and did not order anything else. I hope the problem is fixed now and that the proper people have been trained on how to make the dishes correctly.

Very unpleasant and a waste of time experience. As part of a birthday celebration we decided we wanted steak. Rather than travel to the other side of town we chose our nearby Applebee's. Big mistake! The hostess communicated as little as possible and she was not welcoming. The waitress seem to be trying at first but not for long. There were three of us. I had ordered the Leprechaun cocktail and it was missing the sugar around the rim. I mentioned this to the waitress. She made an excuse that the bar was probably out of the sugar. It seems to me that this should have been mentioned to me before the beverage was brought to my table. I would have simply ordered something else. A moment later I noticed a table nearby had ordered the very same drink but their drink wasn't missing the sugared rim. The waitress made another excuse for the bar. Two of us had ordered salads. I had to ask for utensils so we could eat those salads. We were given plastic folks and we were told that the plastic was just temporary. All three of us had ordered steaks and when they were served they were hot and smelled so good. Unfortunately one of us had absolutely no utensils and two of us only had plastic forks. In the meantime one of our neighboring tables was having an issue because they only had plastic forks. They found out that plastic forks tend to melt when used to eat a hot steak. The waitress was doing her best to avoid checking on us, so that we could ask about proper utensils. I ended up phoning the restaurant to speak to the manager. After being placed on hold for a while I just went up to the hostess and ask to speak to the manager. Finally the manager answered the phone. As I sat back down at the table the waitress showed up with utensils but unfortunately our steaks were cold at this point. The manager offered to fix that problem. I imagined they would probably just microwave our steaks. No thanks, I was entirely too upset with the whole situation. I did offer to pay for the appetizers and the two salads. The manager said not to worry about it. The thing is before the pandemic I used to enjoy going to this Applebee's. This was our first time back since March 2020. Sadly enough that they no longer offer baked potatoes and salads have to be ordered as an additional side, but to be treated with so little regard is too much.
