“I wanted to treat myself to a nice brunch this morning. I remembered Toaste of Augusta. I haven't been to the new location. I purchased the Boujee Grits. It had shrimp, crab, lobster, clams, calamari and fish in it. It was so delicious! The only thing is I was cold. It's not their fault, but they would have needed the ladder to turn off the fan. So, if you're cold natured like me, bring a jacket!“
“The place at first from the outside didn't look all that appealing, but my god was the service incredible, the staff was all go big or go home the food all felt natural and delicious. Well worth the absolute price. Got me a Lemon martini. Absolutely awesome.“
“I have dined here several times and have always found the food delicious. Service over the weekends is great - our server was Mary Janet and she was awesome, on top of it. However, a couple of times during the week, I have experienced the service to be a little slow, so ensure you have ample time to dine. I love the ambience of this restaurant, perfect for a date or an intimate dinner with friends. And it’s kid-friendly! They have high visits available, which I really appreciated.Kid-friendliness: High chairs available“
“Amazing night! For a Friday night thankfully the wait was quick, Hope was amazing! She started us off with a wine sampler and her suggestions were on point! THEN she let us know about the $10 take home entrée deal so that just topped it off because now I have a delicious lunch for tomorrow ?.“
“Visited this location for the first time for a special occasion: my wedding anniversary. My husband made the reservation. At the time, he was asked if it was a special occasion, to which he replied, "Yes, my anniversary." Our expectations were high that the night would be intimate. Disappointingly, it was not. Our anniversary was not acknowledged. Perhaps an offer of a glass of wine (even at our expense) would have changed my feelings. Anyway, the food was good, and the service was spectacular. Our waitress, Savanah, was attentive and very pleasant. Due to the noise level, I wouldn't recommend this location for an intimate event, but I would visit again... with lowered expectations.“
“Kevin (the bartender) is truly one of the nicest and greatest bartenders I have ever met. He knows his job in and out, clearly cares deeply about people, and provides incredible service. The food at this joint is good and the drink options are solid.“
“Truthfully, we drove into the parking lot and almost left. The street front had a lot of unkept plants in windows and the signage was in serious need of repainting. A little maintenance goes a long way for me. If you neglect that, what else is being neglected?I told the hubs, let's just go in and smell the place before we leave. So glad we stayed. I had the prime rib with spaetzle and he had the sampler plate. Really great food - the German salads were so good! Our waiter Tony was using some kinda esp on us as he anticipated our every single need without being at all intrusive. Perfect date night!“
“The only reason our waitress doesn't get a five out of five, is because she forgot to bring water halfway through the meal after she noticed we needed water, and said she would be right back with more. That may be a "little" petty, I realize, but I have a thing about drinks. She still got a four out of five, but dry eating is just a thing of mine. Monday early evening (6:00-ish) and there weren't many tables filled. Anyway, the food was wonderful and the service, overall, was great as always. Even better than when this location wasn't built and Olive Garden was on Washington Rd. Very good experience! We are excited about going again. I think we'll wait until The Master's Tournament has finished. See y'all the third week of April!Parking: Watch the arrows on the pavement. I messed that one up.“
“The wings were on point. My company always uses Marcos when they cater for an event and the pizza is always fantastic. I got a pizza subbed with white sauce tonight and some wings and cheese bread and the wings were fantastic. Pizza was super dry with hardly any sauce, and the cheese bread LOOKS like cheese bread, but tastes like, simply, bread. I would definitely suggest the wings but I don't know about anything else at this point, especially for the price.“
“Busy Saturday night before a show at the nearby James Brown Arena. Had about a 40 minute wait but well worth it. Baked Greek chicken was excellent as were the Greek salads. Didn’t get the pizza but it looked good! Great ambiance - check out the old mini-jukebox at the table (non-functioning).“
“It was our first time I recommend going back to many exclusive dishes I want to order look forward to going back with my daughter very good food and the Italian brand beer will go suffice with any meal My family thanks you and I especially appreciate the food and service“
“We are so glad we started eating here last year! I will always pick a scratch-made restaurant and this one especially! they’re marinara is absolutely delicious- in spaghetti form and lasagna…etc. and they’re chicken Alfredo is absolutely delicious. Especially the grilled chicken on it! And we love getting their pizza too!!! my fav is mushroom & Canadian bacon.
