“The interior has wall art that makes the place feel cozy and the soft italian music meant you could still talk but there was nice ambiance. The food was amazing! I got a calzone, garlic knots, and cannoli, all of it was super fresh and the size was reasonable to generous. The large calzone will feed a family of four and there were plenty of garlic knots to share. The cannoli was not stale at all, which considering i was getting the food later at night was not expected. The staff was super nice and helpful when i had an extra request. This place has just been added to my favorite restaurants.Parking: Good number of spots right in front of the building“
“Great pizza! Cooking is top notch. Had a mishap where I received the wrong pizza. Called in and manager was very polite and had it made fresh for me. No blame game stuff. I should’ve checked my pizza before i left as well as they should have. Mistakes happen but management was polite, respectful and did the right thing.“
“We were greeted and seated as soon as we came in. The waitress promptly sent fresh bread and herbs to our table...within 10 minutes we had our drinks and appetizer, the entrees arrived shortly after. The cheese and sausage mushrooms, lentil and sausage soup, and Veal picatta were amazing. The sautéed spinach had a crunch like it was cooked on the flat grill, the lemon and caper sauce was very addictive. My husband loved the classic Italian trio....Star the peach sangria, I normally avoid ordering watered down sangrias in restaurants...this was refreshingly awesome and tasted likeni bit into a fresh peach. I'm pretty sure we'll be back soon to try other dishes and drinks“
“My husband and I ate at Alodia’s Saturday for lunch. It was wonderful! Lunch portions are the perfect size. Don had Chicken Alfredo - he said it was delicious! I had spaghetti and meatballs - it was delicious, too. I am picky about the taste of meatballs, but these are all beef and taste awesome. Crème Brûlée was outstanding- we loved it. Service was terrific. Great experience!“
“It is so amazing when you have a hidden gem in your city. Di Vinno Rosso gives you beautiful ambiance, great food, drinks, and a romantic feel. The appetizer meatballs were so fresh and flavorful. I had the Bolognese was off the charts good. Wifey had the chicken parm. I've never seen it like this, but the pesto on top of the pounded round chicken was so juicy and flavorful we both were blown away. It's the best parm in Columbia! The dessert was really good also. With drinks, our bill was still under $145. The manager was super nice.. he took our picture and gave us a complimentary Italian drink. We'll definitely be regulars here in the future. 5 stars deserved. Great food and service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“
“As someone who is a vegetarian with Celiacs, I was disappointed with the appetizers/entre selection. I finally settled on a salad, because they did not have gluten free pasta, no gluten free crackers (like Crunch Master) for the cheese plate, no gluten free bread, and for some reason they wanted to put lamb on a caprese salad (marked vegetarian on the menu)??? I asked for a larger portion of the caprese (vegetable/greens/etc.), minus the lamb, and got a small salad the size of my first for $18. Luckily, the desert selection was far better, being I was starving and had ordered a bottle of wine for the table. I actually had several good gluten free choices for deserts. My husband and friend (who knows the owner) enjoyed their appetizer and main course selections. My husband's pasta dish potion was ample. Our service was excellent. In fact, the first bottle of wine had a bad cork, and Drew got us another bottle. We ended up taking another bottle home (as a gift for our friend) and tipped him well, because he was so conscientious. With Italian restaurants like Travinia's near, which cater very well to people with allergies (they have a separate allergy prep area), we hope this establishment will choose to do likewise in the future so "everyone" can enjoy their meals and not worry about someone not getting enough to eat. It is actually nerve wracking for me to have others trying to advocate for me, because they are worried I can't enjoy my food like they are in these situations. In all, Drew's efforts gave the review an extra star. He did what he could to make the situation better, but I don't think those preparing my salad paid attention to his notes. My friend who knew the owner was a bit embarrassed for suggesting this restaurant in the end because of the rigidity of the menu and lack of catering to gluten allergies. We plan to try the Dragon Room (same owner) next together and hope the meal goes better for all who are dining.Vegetarian options: Frustrated that a salad selection marked vegetarian some how ended up including lamb??? Then when I stipulated without lamb but with more of the greens, I didn't get much to eat for $18.Dietary restrictions: If you have Celiacs and are a vegetarian, you have a few desert selections but almost nothing else to eat on the menu because they don't have gluten free pasta, nor gluten free bread, nor gluten free crackers.“
“I ordered the Alfredo Fries and Lamb Gyro. The fries were nice and crispy just like I asked for. The Alfredo fries were great. Nice and flavorful. The lamb Gyro was good. I lived in Europe for three years. I used to eat, gyros all of the time fresh off of the roller. I have a higher standard than most people for a Gyro. The Gyro at this location was OK. It was not amazing and it was not bad, it's right in the middle. The Tzatziki sauce was extremely cucumbery. They should use less cucumber next time. The sauce overall was about a five out of ten, it was average. The overall atmosphere inside of the restaurant is great. There is plenty of seating and a nice bar. They do not sell liquor at this location but they do have wine and beer that you can buy. The waitress was wonderful. She made sure I had everything that I needed and that I was ok.“
“I've had this place twice now, first time we got delivery: the House Special, the Vegitali, meatball marinara, cinnamon rolls and cannoli. Tonight I picked up a "small" calzone. Highly recommend everything we've had so far; excellent food!!“
“It's a great Italian restaurant despite the size of the restaurant! I enjoyed the food there especially the chicken Parmesan and the baked spaghetti! I also enjoyed the soup, which was a spinach and Italian sausage style soup! The service was excellent and the waitress was very nice and friendly! That was the biggest highlight of the visit! The atmosphere was very pleasant and the restaurant was very clean overall! I'm glad that I chose this restaurant for visiting Columbia!“
“Could not ask for better service from the staff. Attentive and helpful. They always treat us like part of the family. The pizza is delicious and the wine selection is very good.Kid-friendliness: My daughter loves the attention from the staff. She always asks when we are going back.“
“First time in a long time and the people that work here are wonderful and kind!!! Highly recommend, check it out! This location is the best!!!Vegetarian options: You can literally order anything off the menu and turn it into a vegan or vegetarian dish.“
“Tonight was our first time visiting. We went after a co-worker recommended it. I can't believe we waited so long to try it. Everything was great. We were greeted promptly. Our server was great. She said she's been there for over 6 years, which shows they take care of their people. Their pizza looked amazing, but we had pasta this time. I had the baked penne, which was excellent. Prices were fair and good portion size. We will definitely be back!“
