Anytime I visit the augusta mall, this is the only food I eat. Frankly, between the food and service this place is consistently GREAT! I often times don’t speak verbally yet the cashier and cooks never give me a hard time. To go beyond, the cashiers normally even do basic sign language with me while ordering. The customer service is comparable to chick fil A yet offer a hibachi look and feel.
Food is alright. I’m disappointed and annoyed though. I placed an order through the app and the app doesn’t have a way for you to ask for more dipping sauces or let them know if you have an allergy. I ordered a bento box which come with California sushi rolls but I can’t eat crab. I tried calling 5 times before my order was ready to see if I could get their chicken teriyaki sushi instead.
