I ordered the shrimp and steak with fried rice/ vegetables and 2 egg rolls. The spring and chicken egg rolls were horrible tasting to me. The beef had a very good flavor but some of the beef was chewy. Overall the rice , vegetables and shrimp were really good. Even better with the terrayki and yum yum sauce. Nice portion for the price.

I wish they still used the old boxes with the extra sauce. These new boxes are flimsy and cheap, they are smaller, any sauce on your food spills in the bag and then the boxes are sticky.

Ordered from them twice and my order was wrong twice. It’s disappointing, while I understand it is during your busy hours but either you don’t allow DoorDash during your peak hours or allow yourselves more time for preparation to make sure the orders are correct.

Cashiers are nice, most of the cooks are always skeevy, and they got rid of preordering through their app (unless this is an error) so no longer eligible to take advantage of franchise deals. Lame.

Used to love this place. Not sure if they got a new chef recently, but there were parts of uncooked chicken in my food. Had to throw away the whole order. Don't feel safe eating the teriyaki from this location currently.

Anytime I visit the augusta mall, this is the only food I eat. Frankly, between the food and service this place is consistently GREAT! I often times don’t speak verbally yet the cashier and cooks never give me a hard time. To go beyond, the cashiers normally even do basic sign language with me while ordering. The customer service is comparable to chick fil A yet offer a hibachi look and feel.
