“I just got home from a mad dash to Honey Baked Ham in Austell, GA. Unsure, Pressed for time, I called the store to asked about hours finding out I only had a few minutes left until closing. Crystal, the GM there told me not to worry, she would give me until 6:40 PM to arrive. Making it with ten minutes to spare, I was treated like the store was just opening. There were no attitudes, no rushing, or rolled eyes, only great customer service. Crystal and the young woman at the register gave me all the help I needed. In a world where customer service is a thing we used to remember in the good old days; I was very happy and impressed by the excellent service I received. I was so thankful to Crystal I gave her a huge hug! I used to go the the HBH off Barrett Pkwy, but no more. The Austell location is my new go to location. Big thanks to Crystal and company for making feel like a valued customer!“

“Came here with my parents to grab some lunch while visiting them. Sissy was our bartender and I have not felt more at home at a bar then being here. Sissy was fantastic and you could tell she cares about what is going on. Tom was our cook and everything was perfect ( you need a corn dog he got toy covered) I am from Wisconsin but when I am here again Reid's will the be the lunch spot for the entire trip. Such a fantastic time.“

“If you like small wings this is your spot. I prefer them to be a bit bigger. I think a 10 piece should feel a man up. I’m still hungry after eating a 10pc. I would have took another star away for that but customer service was extremely good and the wings have good flavor. Please get a little larger wings. They don’t have to be giant but not so small. I’m still hungry and sad.“

“This place was my family favorite fast food spot. My son was a bean, then a teen and now a grown man and we made it our family tradition to eat here Every Friday and I mean every Friday. it was our thing to get the chicken philly combo and bring an extra philly home with us. Now that my son is grown, it has now become a husband and wife thing. Oh my... was I surprised when we just recently went and the entire staff was gone. Nothing was the same. The food no longer taste the same at all. I hope the employees that use to work here reach out and tell me where have you guys gone? I need that original prime deli taste back. I’m so disappointed... I’m praying there’s another prime deli open somewhere and all the same team followed. The new staff in Greenbriar mall can’t do it like you guys. Please come back. I asked where was all the regulars at and the guy told me things change. He was so correct because the food is not good at all anymore. It does t have that come back flavor, it’s just okay.“

“I was at the Arbor Place Mall and I stopped at the best wing Place in GA Market Deli hands down this is the best wings to date and I eat alot of chicken in fact they call me the Mouth Of The South aka the Chicken Hawk Jordan Britney and Chis are excellent customer service and have great attitudes If you are ever in Douglasville aka Dville stop by the Market Deli in the food court Peace and GOD BLESS ? ?“

“My wife and I had late lunch here last February, at their Wolter Mongonsidi’s outlet. Holy smokes specialty is their beef brisket, choose the fatty version, not the lean one. The brisket taste very good, as well as the side dishes like sweet corn and steam vegetables. Ambience is quite good, and their health protocols are pretty good as well. Pricing is on the high side, while services are good, fast & efficient.“

“the Kroger on Brownsville Road Powder Springs has a very friendly staff highly knowledgeable in know where everything is which is amazing because corporate screwed up again thank you Kroger company of families and Corporation you moved bread you move the milk you move the eggs you moved everything in heck and Haiti you so I used to know where everything was in the store I understand you've got to get different products and and give themselves space and stuff like that that's just business but this time Kroger and I'd like to get this into the corporation y'all screwed up“
