Went in for a sandwich meal. "The Honey Baked" sandwich, which is really good. The young lady at the counter was incredibly helpful but got my sandwich confused. I checked it in my car and came back in and let them know of the error. They quickly corrected the sandwich, gave me an extra bag of chips, cookie and told me to keep the incorrect sandwich since it would go to waste. This is top tier customer service. Mrs. Crystal Calvin was amazing! I made a purchase online and she educated me on an option with better value. “People don’t care what you know until they know you care” and Mrs. Calvin genuinely cares.
