I just got home from a mad dash to Honey Baked Ham in Austell, GA. Unsure, Pressed for time, I called the store to asked about hours finding out I only had a few minutes left until closing. Crystal, the GM there told me not to worry, she would give me until 6:40 PM to arrive. Making it with ten minutes to spare, I was treated like the store was just opening. There were no attitudes, no rushing, or rolled eyes, only great customer service. Crystal and the young woman at the register gave me all the help I needed. In a world where customer service is a thing we used to remember in the good old days; I was very happy and impressed by the excellent service I received. I was so thankful to Crystal I gave her a huge hug! I used to go the the HBH off Barrett Pkwy, but no more. The Austell location is my new go to location. Big thanks to Crystal and company for making feel like a valued customer!

In the crazy, selfish world we live in today, I want to take a moment to shout out this particular Honey Baked Ham location in Austell, GA… the manager, Andrew, OUTSTANDING, AMAZING, and VERY GENUINE guy to work with!!! I called around to place a catering order to be delivered to a dear friend, all other locations denied my order, even though they offer catering services and are closer to my delivery location, but not Andrew! He went over, beyond, and out of his way to ensure that he could get my order delivered and I am so appreciative! If you are in the Austell area and need anything from Honey Baked Ham, please stop by and ask for Andrew, he and his team’s customer service is TOP TIER! I could literally feel the smiles through the phone! I stay nowhere near his location, but I will definitely stop by to support his location again, and again! Thank you, Andrew!

Mrs. Crystal Calvin was amazing! I made a purchase online and she educated me on an option with better value. “People don’t care what you know until they know you care” and Mrs. Calvin genuinely cares. She helped set me up for success for a big presentation and I owe her tremendously her her efforts. I will definitely be doing more business with this location because of my interaction with Mrs. Calvin and her awesome staff!

Went in for a sandwich meal. "The Honey Baked" sandwich, which is really good. The young lady at the counter was incredibly helpful but got my sandwich confused. I checked it in my car and came back in and let them know of the error. They quickly corrected the sandwich, gave me an extra bag of chips, cookie and told me to keep the incorrect sandwich since it would go to waste. This is top tier customer service. Mistakes happen, it's a part of life. They did the ultimate in correcting the error and giving me the feeling they were happy to make it right and were apologetic for the inconvenience.I definitely recommend this location and thus management.

This location is great! From the moment I stepped out of my car I was greeted with a friendly smile and welcome to our store from the worker outside. Once inside the others also greeted my wife and I, and were helpful in guiding us on what to order for our Thanksgiving meal. We ordered what we needed and are looking forward to enjoying a delicious meal without having to do all the work ourselves. If you don't feel like dealing with the hassle of cooking all day, be sure to come here and let them do the hard work for you.

Let me start off by saying that I went to the location at Akers Mill - wrong decision! They were rude and I felt like I was bothering them. I walked out and drove to this location in Austell and what a night and day difference! Not only were we greeted in the parking lot before walking in, we were greeted as well by all the other employees when we entered the establishment! Immediately I had a smile on my face. I could not believe how nicer and welcoming I felt! Not only was the lady helping me friendly, she was very helpful and gave me suggestions on what to order on the amount of people we were expecting to serve. A+ for customer service! I will definitely come here again in the future!
I dont come to this location very often but i came to get some ham slices. Now last time i came they had to much fat on it but I decided to give them another go.i asked to look at them. They told me they couldnt open it for me. I had to walk all the way to my car to look at it & pay for it. The lady( now knowing was the General manager) was very loud & rude & the young lady ringing me was very disrespectful. Will not be coming again.

I'm not much of a sandwich person, but when my husband decided he wanted to eat here, I kept an open mind! I'm glad I did because the Tavern Club was superb! I got the meal, so a drink and chips come with the sandwich. I enjoyed my whole sandwich and will be back for the broccoli bacon bliss salad! The atmosphere was very nice, and when we told the attendant it was our first time she was full of knowledge and patience as we made our decisions! We will be back!
