Mobile ordered day before Thanksgiving. Order was ready when we got there and everything was correct, no mistakes. Were not stingy with the seasoning or sauces. Lobby was cleaned and was greeted when walked
Food was cold. Ordered a large fry with extra seasoning, got a normal size fry with almost no seasoning, didn’t included any sauces, the order of fried pickles was half the size it usually is, and the bread wasn’t toasted. this is the first and last time i’ll eat at this location.

I had a good meal, however while eating an elderly man asked for a menu he could take with him. Several staff just answered, "its on the app" staff members should have some consideration for this elderly gentleman who seemed to be enjoying his meal, not everyone has access to an "app".
