Carroll's Barbeque is a must-visit place with delicious food like fried pickles, bbq nachos, and mac and cheese. While some meat on the nachos was fatty, the overall experience was great. The pork sandwich and sweet potato fries were excellent, and the lunch meals are a good deal. The staff is friendly and thoughtful, even giving out shirts to keep guests warm. Busy but fast service with ample parking makes dining in a breeze.
