The lady taking orders was leaning on the counter, no greeting to anyone coming in. She literally made the man ordering ahead of me lean down to get his card from her. It was after 1 p.m., and they had to get the grill ready with over a 20-minute wait for Krystal burgers. They were out of almost everything. The bathroom was nasty, the floors soaking wet and greasy. Needless to say, I did not get any food. This was once an amazing Krystal. We have stopped here since I was a teenager when traveling back home to Florida. I am saddened to say I will not be stopping here again!!

Says it’s open called to make sure it was 24/7 6 jours into our roadtrip but when we got there all the lights were on and no one answered the drive-threw or phone but showed open so either everyone was in the back without headphones or we were lied to and the closing staff didn’t turn off any of the lights inside/outside or in the kitchen. Severely disappointed

Drove up to drive thru at 10 PM and was told they were closed. Employee stated “They close at 10 PM on weekdays and are open 24 hours only on weekends”. Yet the website clearly shows they are serving 24 hours.
