The last time we visited Long Horns in Brunswick I left a 2 star review. We waited for over an hour, our server neglected us, we didn't get get a drink order until 20+minutes of waiting. Two other couples/tables of 4+ come in after us, ordered, and left before we even got our food. My husband was weary to try them again, however, we did. When we visited last weekend our server was so nice ans attentive. Our appetizers/drinks came out quickly and our food was not long after that.

Waited 20 min to sit at a table that was open the entire time. Then after we sat down we waited another 25 min before asking for service. We eventually decided to just leave as we still didn’t even have our drink order taken (it wasnt that busy). One of the servers took about three smoke breaks in the time we were there waiting. When we decided to leave they just smiled like it was intentional. Sad too, the food wasn’t bad last time I went. Save time and just go to Buffalo Wild Wings across the street. They are amazing and the service is outstanding every time!

Well great food. Not alot of steak houses in Brunswick Georgia, so they kind of have the market cornered. nice clean area fast service. Had the grill shrimp and filet.Only down side is the bar is poorly stocked , not many drafts to choose from or out of stock . No limes , no jalapenos

Took my family there today for lunch. In the last two times we have been there.The steak and bake potato have been terrible.The last time my family went the potatoe was cooked to death and the steak was to be med.rare but it was raw.Today I took my family there. I ordered a 6oz. FILO’s fia.it was a 1/2 inch thick and it was ordered med and was cooked to death and th potato was still overcooked. The service was amazing

It came out with a bake potatoe and the chops. The chops were over done. My husband had to flag down someinr. She got a he waitress. Then the manager came and got it replated. I was not happy. My husband ordered his steak medium. It came out more on the rare side. You would think a steak house could hit the steak temps. We won't go to this Longhorns again.

Arrived on a Saturday afternoon (3/16/24) around 4:45pm and were told it would be a 30-minute wait. We agreed and sat down. After 45 minutes and other groups arriving after us were seated, we inquired on an update and were told they were cleaning our table off. We again waited for another 15 minutes and there was no change in our status (at this point, we are 1 hour in). At no point did anyone come out to proactively provide an update or offer anything for our extended wait. The entire hostess staff and manager on duty were extremely unprofessional and seemed to lack proper training. When I explained our situation to the manager on duty, he simply stared back at us helplessly and said he was sorry. We had an infant in our party that was clearly hungry and tired, but they either did not care or were somehow unaware. THE worst restaurant experience I've had in a long while. It appeared they were light on staffing but a well-trained team would understand how to engage with customers and not string them along/ignore them. The entire crew either needs to be retrained or turned over.

The Wild West Shrimp is to die for. Make sure to order Blue Moon Beer with it. Excellent. We've eaten there multiple times and, so far, all the meals have been perfect. The steaks and seafood are really good. Pretty reasonably priced too considering the rampant inflation that the government claims doesn't exist. [smirk] Anyway, tis LongHorn is worth the trip.
