Place is empty — there’s no one else on the drive through they manager said I had to pull away so they could keep their time low. Literally food was ready but they made me get it at the bushes to hit their metrics.“We have to keep our time low” “you are on a timer right now”

The sandwich was hot garbage but the manager was very sweet and apologetic. The roast beef was dry and overcooked and the buns were kind of crunchy on top. Could you maybe staff your restaurants? I know that you CEOs are not feeling any pain, but I think you bigwigs are making enough to pay your people, and staff you a restaurants right.

The lady at the drive-thru was great. Professional and friendly. I ordered a beef n cheddar. It was wrapped up in a wrapper that looked like it had been used before. The sandwich was slop. The cheddar sauce was all over the outside of the bun. The meat was hanging more out of the sides than even in the sandwich. I couldn't eat it. You do eat with your eyes first, and I just lost my appetite.

Not a single thing was correct except the coke on my order! There was no maple bacon on my sandwich, the cheese wasn’t added to the other sandwich.. learn to read tickets and make food correctly! They never answer the phone either! Won’t be ordering from them anymore!

Great experience. Store was immaculately clean and the staff was extremelyFriendly. 100 on the health score and the food was tasty. Valerie the shift manager really went out of way to ensure our visit was great. These days you just don’t get this kind of customer service. Hope they take of the staff here.

Lazy, slow, poor food quality and ZERO customer service. I wouldn't purchase "food" Arby's ever again. Since the Pandemic, Arby's has gotten so much worse. These people wouldn't breath if it wasn't necessary for life ! Was is really going on with places like Arby's ..... They don't want to work .. period !! Don't waste your time at the Arby's on Hwy 20 in the heart of Buford in Gwinnett county. I actually was sick overnight from the food,so be warned!!!

Don't recommend coming here. The soda machines were not working for any product. Arby's would not refund the drink price considering the fact they had absolutely no options available. The cheese steak was not very good. The French dip sandwich was good. The fries were only half full to the container top. The service was very slow, and we were only 2 customers in the restaurant at the time.

Food order with no one else eating in restaurant and only one other person that came after me in drive through still required me to wait 20 mins in drive through before I drove around, got out and went inside to get my order. I ordered 2 combo meals; the new cheese steal sandwiches and an extra sandwich the turkey reuben. The curly fries were cold and dried out. The cheesesteak sandwiches were dripping with so much oil it leaked through the wrapping and the bag and what was supposed to be a turkey reuben was the regular pastrami reuben. When I walked into the restaurant after waiting 20 minutes in the drive through area I was told to wait, there was a manager and two other workers. There were no other customers in the entire restaurant. I was very disappointed in the quality of the food and the service. I will not go back to an Arby's for a while. This was the second negative incident with Arby's in one month.
