Great experience. Store was immaculately clean and the staff was extremelyFriendly. 100 on the health score and the food was tasty. Valerie the shift manager really went out of way to ensure our visit was great. These days you just don’t get this kind of customer service. Hope they take of the staff here.
I ordered the roasted beef and chicken sandwiches from Arby's through Uber Eats, and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. The sandwiches arrived hot and fresh, and the packaging kept them intact during transit.The Roast Beef sandwich had tender, thinly sliced beef with just the right amount of seasoning. The lady at the drive-thru was great. Professional and friendly. I ordered a beef n cheddar. It was wrapped up in a wrapper that looked like it had been used before. The sandwich was slop. The cheddar sauce was all over the outside of the bun. The meat was hanging more out of the sides than even in the sandwich. I couldn't eat it. You do eat with your eyes first, and I just lost my appetite.
