We stopped in for dinner and we were pleasantly pleased from the moment we walked in. Our server Frank promptly came over with ice cold water and friendly conversation. We put in an order for Gyoza and began taking about Boba. We had so many questions about and he answered ever one with confidence. Before we were even finished ordering our boba, our Gyoza was delivered!!! So efficient! We tried the Strawberry CO2 with popping boba, thai tea no boba and matcha! All were delicious! He was very informative about the foods including what could be substituted and how to make it just what we wanted. The Panang Curry Chicken ramen, Angry PaoPao steak ramen and Spicy Garlic Tonkotsu ramen with chicken katsu. All exceeded out expectations! The serving sizes are huge! Enough to take a whole extra meal per person home for later.uaic was on point. And atmosphere was chill and relaxing. Just what we needed on this Monday evening! Keep up the greatness Frank and Pao Pao!! We will be back!

I've been to the Buford location a few times, and every time I get exceptional service. The staff are always smiling and attentitive. I have food sensitivities, so sometimes my orders and questions could annoy an impatient person, but I don't get that here. Nicholas delivered exceptional service, the bobarista with aqua hair made the perfect taro bubble teas, and the food was so satisfying. I highly recommend this to anyone for a great ramen experience, a quick Boba tea, or a casual snack on fried rice. It's a great atmosphere.

We love this place. Best ramen around. However service has seriously gone downhill. Nicholas was an attentive server, however that's where it stopped with helpful staff. We sat at the bar and at any given time there were 2 employees on their phones watching videos, never looking up at anyone. When we first got here we had to ask for service after sitting for several minutes.We've been coming here for years, but tonight was disappointing. Also, there were only a few tables with patrons and the restaurant needed a good cleaning. Trash and noodles on the floor.And Christmas decorations still up - come on guys ...

The food was great!! The service was subpar. I was the last at my table to receive my food, had to wait a while to receive it after everyone was already eating. I asked for mild but it was really spicy, and I confirmed multiple times to make sure it was mild. It was still really good but I think I was just told it was mild, although it really wasn’t. The worst part of the experience was when the bill came. Since there were more than 6 people in our party, a 18% gratuity was already added. The waitress handed us the tablet to pay after already selecting the 20% option for tip (on top of the 18% that was on the paper receipt). By the time I signed and realized it, it was too late. I saw her select that option for everyone paying as well so I made sure they were aware. If her service was outstanding, she would have deserved extra. There was nothing outstanding about her customer service, on the contrary, I thought she was deceiving. If you’re going for the food, you won’t be disappointed, it was delicious.

Food is good. My only warning is make sure to ask if they added everything correctly if you order over the phone To-go or suddenly your food will be 6 dollars more than they told you when you ordered. You have a computer that does this stuff come one guys….
