First time trying Raising Cane's, food was phenomenal and from what social media says they definitely weren't wrong. If I could trade my local Zaxbys for one I would. Our issue really lied on the location itself, the elderly woman taking our order was very rude and incompetent, the music in the place very loud for a chain restaurant you would think you were at some sort of night club with how loud the music was. As for the food itself it was delicious, a lot better than most chicken chains and I would rather have Canes than Chick-Fil-a, Popeyes, or Zaxby's.

I came to this location again to see if the food was still good. After eating it again I must say it is still is! The tenders are moist and the sweet tea is off the hook. The service was quick and friendly. Ambiance is casual with retro pictures and music blasting but a bit too loud. (Not a place for a quiet lunch) Fun fact: First raising canes was opened just outside LSU by Todd Graves in 1996.

There is a lot of hoopla surrounding this restaurant, why? I'm not sure. The food is mediocre. if it wasn't for the dipping sauce, there would be no reason to buy.

Experience is great (if they aren’t busy) the food is still good no matter what. I asked for an extra sauce when ordering in the drive thru, when I pulled up it hadn’t been rang up and I asked again, still didn’t get extra sauce. It’s understandable to miss something when the restaurant is packed but asking twice and not getting it is crazy.

Meh...... Really don't see what the hype is/was all about. Yeah... It's a pretty good "chicken strip" but that's it.... One and done for me Parking: The multiple lane drive thru and the store next door access the same parking lot/driveway combo. This keeps you constantly blocked in your parking space. And then when you do back out. You may still have to wait in the drive thru line?

I went To Raising Canes on 3/15/2024 and they have changed the strips!!! What is this? They are similar to the chicken you get for sweet and sour chicken at the Chinese restaurant. Go back to the original.
Long lines. No where to park. Not friendly. Chicken was under cooked. Not impressed. I’ll stick with Zaxby’s or chic fil

Not just the same old chicken tender restaurant. Raising Canes is a better alternative to the other chicken tender places. If you like chicken, this is the place for you.
