“Our favorite weekly spot to have either lunch or dinner. We have never been disappointed. The food is amazing. The staff is amazing. The owners are even more amazing. And I can say that they must be clean because I have seen where some people from the health department sit and eat there as well which must say a lot. Plus they enjoy creating new dishes so at times there is something new to try. And it's safe as we have noticed many police officers eat there as well which we love to see. Four 41 is a place that truly will make you feel like part of the family. They have long tables so those who do not know each other might actually start having a conversation instead of being on our phones.If someone mentions a table might be sticky it might be because someone who was a bit sloppy was eating and as soon as that person or group left, someone sat down quickly because we go more than once on a weekly basis and normally their is someone wiping tables unless they are low on staff like many small businesses these days because it seems people want to get a paycheck but not work so it's difficult to find good help. Plus the other reason can be that they are so busy that people are coming and going with no time to have a person standing just to clean tables. If we sit at a table and it is a bit sticky then we pick up some napkins, wet them a bit and wipe the table ourselves. Not a biggie as we are happy to see them so busy because that means another small business is surviving in todays world. If the garbage can might be full it is once again because they might be low on staff and if you mention it to one of the staff members they will probably apologize and get right on it. These are situations that we believe people need to consider and look at. The restaurant industry is not an easy industry and it also is hard to find good help. They are all polite and work very hard and try their best and are human just like we all are. We enjoy their food so much that they even catered our daughters wedding and rehearsal dinner. I would bring anyone here to have some good bbq. Actually can't wait to try that new dish tonight!“
“The special for today was buy 6/10 wings get 6/10 free. We started out with (2) six wings and they came out plump and saucy. We did ask if we could get six sauced and six with just the Cajun rub, we were told no. The wings were very flavorful. I loved them, but my partner in crime, said he didn't like the bbq type wings compared to original non sauced ones. Next time, maybe we will try them with the sauce on the side. Onto the red beans and rice which I do make at home, from scratch. The beans are not crushed they are whole beans which to me, isn't traditional Nola red beans. The juice the beans were in was tasty but we had to ask for extra sausage because he got four slices. They brought that out right away. He said the cornbread was really good. I chose the brisket, sliced fatty, for my sandwich. The sandwich was so tender even toothless could enjoy it. Homemade pickles and onions were on point too. The 5 cheese Mac was good but tasted like it had been sitting out quite awhile. We missed Keith this time, but the wait staff was as always, very nice and attentive. We were given the wrong check, but it was quickly taken care of. Brisket and wings win this round for sure. Keep up the good work guys.“

“We've only done takeout here but have ordered a few times over the past couple of years. Lately(now 2024) it has gotten a lot better. The first few times a year or two back it wasn't great. The last two times we ordered (New Years Eve 2023-24) it was really good. Not sure if they've changed hands or just gotten better cooks but I would order from them again on a heartbeat. Their Hunan beef is really good as in their hot and sour soup. Definitely has improved greatly lately.“
“Just now getting around to posting a review but we used Old Country Place for our wedding catering back in October and had such a great experience! The price was super affordable for 150+ people. The staff were so friendly and even cleaned up tables, etc. Eden is who I contacted and set up the entire meal plan with and was so easy to work with. They came in the venue and set everything up perfectly and left without a trace. They were never in the way or an inconvenience. I couldn’t say enough good things and would recommend them to anyone looking for affordable, good quality food for their event.“
“Amber and Lily were amazing! This location is 100 times better than the other location! The chefs are absolutely amazing especially Amber and Lily! We took our 13-year-old there for the first time tonight, none of us really had any idea what we wanted, amber made some amazing recommendations! Every single course we had was absolutely awesome! And the service was second to none! If you've never been to a K-pop, I highly recommend you go to this location!“
