I don’t know who all was working today (Wednesday) but I got taken care of really quickly and the two guys preparing our bowls were probably the nicest people I had ever met. It was such a small thing but their smiles, kind attitude, and funny jokes made my day. Food was really yummy too.

I swear it’s always something with this horrible hellscape of a location. Employees are clueless, unhelpful, and rude. I walk in expecting my online order to be completed on time (having pre ordered an HOUR in advance) only for their mobile systems to be “down” and to be told that they can’t make my order. I politely ask to just show them my receipt and have them make it then, but their disgustingly unprofessional manager told me that would not be the case and to “call corporate” and ask for a refund. And so I did just that, I got my refund, but I will never visit this useless POS establishment again, and you shouldn’t either.

Food is decent, as is any chipotle, however the chips were stale and my online order was 20 minutes overdue. In fact, I had to remind them of the order when I arrived, then they prepared it. Poor management and poor training.

The food and service were great but this store is a mess!! There’s food and trash all over the floor and all of the tables in the seating area. I asked if they could wipe a table for me and I was told ‘I don’t know who does that.’ ? We wiped our own table.
Had the absolute best experience tonight! The. Few that was working at 8:10 pm is doing an excellent job! Will definitely be back!

I love chipotle sooo much but the service often makes me uncomfortable. Food is good but if you ask for particular things, 7/10 times, the workers act as though I asked a great deal even if I only wanted extra carnitas.

The fact that you guys don't take cash and it's card only is the most ridiculous thing that I have ever heard of especially right here at the holidays... Get it together Chipotle ?

The food seemed old - The restaurant inside was dirty, almost dirty enough to leave... The employees were great however - The total for 3 meals was $50, which I get, but the food was not good - I'll hit up a standard Mexican restaurant next
