I swear it’s always something with this horrible hellscape of a location. Employees are clueless, unhelpful, and rude. I walk in expecting my online order to be completed on time (having pre ordered an HOUR in advance) only for their mobile systems to be “down” and to be told that they can’t make my order. Food is decent, as is any chipotle, however the chips were stale and my online order was 20 minutes overdue. In fact, I had to remind them of the order when I arrived, then they prepared it. Poor management and poor training.

I don’t know who all was working today (Wednesday) but I got taken care of really quickly and the two guys preparing our bowls were probably the nicest people I had ever met. It was such a small thing but their smiles, kind attitude, and funny jokes made my day. Food was really yummy too.
