Service has gone down last few times I tried going. Service is slow and food quality not good. Ordered egg and cheese croissant and ice coffee....took quite some time and the egg in the center was still cold....very
The food is never the problem at this location. It’s the employees. There’s usually like 2-5 employees at a time yet NO ONE ever knows what they’re doing or how to do it. I also feel like most of the time, they’re giving you the run around through the speaker so you, the customer, gets frustrated and just leaves. This way they don’t have to work!!!!! Very disappointing ?

Overall a good Dunkin. Alot of the newer staff screw up orders alot but they will fix it for you at no extra charge whenever they do. I go here so often lolParking: Plenty of spots.
