The women with an accent that was working the night shift on April 4 around 11 pm was completely unprofessional . She gave away my door dash order to someone completely wrong and when I called to ask the store about it she stated she does not know any more information just that she gave the order away and that we have to call door dash . Door dash app stated no one ever picked up my order and they had to refund me after she was extremely disrespectful to the door dash that was trying to help us out . She did nothing to help anything about the situation and stated to the dash that she refuses to remake the order since she already gave it away to the wrong person. Management should really take care about how their employees treat and act towards customers even during these night shifts.

Ordered 2 iced lattes for my kids and a drink for me. Got to the window and was handed 2 drinks. Told the employee I ordered 3 drinks but I could come in to get the 3rd one to not hold up the line. Came inside and was charged for the their mistake. Staff is rude, to include the manager. They could care less about you as the customer and that’s the prevailing attitude of the staff. I’ll drive to exit 8 or go to Starbucks just to avoid this nonsense

Do not show up at this store around 3:00 in the morning because the people who work for that store shifts are very lazy and very disrespectful the other morning I order what I usually order and they know what I order so I went the other morning and I asked for extra whip cream on my coffee and the guy who made my coffee “asked” me if I wanted extra whip cream on my coffee and I said yes please and he went to the trash can and poured the whip cream out into the trash can and my cup touched the trash can and he used the same cup to add whip cream to my coffee again the cup touched the trash can so I believe your not supposed to use the same cup if it touches the trash can that is very disgusting and I went to the Dunkin’ Donuts this morning and talked to the manager about it and she said she would have done the same thing and started laughing at her workers she made it out to be a joke again I recommend that you do NOT go to this Dunkin’ Donuts they are very disterspectful

Horrible customer service! I ordered a coffee and my brother wanted a biscuit. We then got told after we paid there were no more biscuits and we were asked if we wanted to replace the item. We then just asked for a Croissant with sausage and told us it would be a price difference I said no problem pay it, she proceeded to roll her eyes. She then rings it up said what do you want again and I repay myself and she laughed at me, and didn’t even charge me. she then got an other person who was working with her to get the food and walked off. Then we where given a sausage biscuit after we where told there was no more?I was honestly very disappointed with the customer service and the extra unnecessary rude attitude. I just got off work and simply wanted a coffee. It’s 11:44pm nobody has time to argue! If your working at least do it right.

I’m giving a bad review because this particular location lets only one employee work late at night to early morning which is very unsafe. The fact that I had to go inside cuz the register wasn’t working in the drive thru, they were out of everything & I had to wait for a long time cuz they only had one employee working was really inconvenient but not caring about your employees safety to have them working by themselves from 11pm-6am on top of not providing them with proper working equipment & food is not right!! Take better care of your employees!!! I won’t be back to this location cuz of how they treat their employees!!! The employee was super nice & kept apologizing, she needs a raise!! DO NOT SUPPORT THIS PLACE OR PAY THEM ANY OF YOUR MONEY FOR HOW THEY TREAT THEIR EMPLOYEES!!! They will NEVER get my money again for this!!!

Sadly this dunkin is not up to standards. Every time I go here I have to wait about 3-5 minutes at the speaker post before someone even acknowledges me, the workers always have attitude and seem unhappy with working there, and they never make it correct. I continue to go here since it’s closer to my location, but not anymore. If I were you, I would drive an extra 15-20 mins to a different location for better, faster service.
