First time ever coming in with my daughter. The ice cream was good, and the toppings were all there. I would give 5 stars, but when I walked in, I had no idea what to do. Both girls were playing on their phones, so I had to get their attention. They still didn't help me so I asked if I was supposed to just fill up a cup and all they said was "yeah" so I didn't fully get it but I just filled up her cup and then brought it to the counter. I brought my 76-year-old mother here and team members Lauren and Tess? took the time to show her how to operate the machines and pick out the toppings and we left very happy thank you guys!!

This is probably the place I frequent the most with my daughter. They're so much better than Brain Freeze which is an exit over. They're SO good about having clearly labeled allergens (I'm celiac and almost every ice cream is gluten free which is awesome). I LOVE the pumpkin ice cream and wish it wasn't seasonal ? All the flavors are great though, and the owner is very friendly. There is a nice little outdoor area with some shade if you don't want to eat inside.
