First time ever coming in with my daughter. The ice cream was good, and the toppings were all there. I would give 5 stars, but when I walked in, I had no idea what to do. Both girls were playing on their phones, so I had to get their attention. They still didn't help me so I asked if I was supposed to just fill up a cup and all they said was "yeah" so I didn't fully get it but I just filled up her cup and then brought it to the counter. Once again, having to get the girls attention. One of them was happy to help me and even got me to sign up with my phone number. Idk if I will be back since it is a child friendly place and both myself and my child were ignored when walking in.

So my rating is for my sobret because today was meant to be half the price off for the first 50 people, How come I was charged full price for sobret. I called the lady Katie's attention and she insists I got the discount. My order # 2007 . By the way, she did gave the couple ahead of me the discount. Is it because I'm not the same skin color as she is??Too bad. I really love the place for my Mango and Pineapple sobret

Been here a few times, it’s usually not the cleanest place and all visits they have had multiple flavors out but the worst is the toppings, , they have been out for a long long time and several of them are very stale

We love Menchie’s. we used to go Alpharetta location once a week. We moved to Canton and we tried this location. We did not like it. Yesterday we wanted to give another try but strawberry, Mango and Vanilla were tasted awful. I let the staff know about it. Yogurt was very liquid and taste like expired. Once you fix this let us know we want to give another try.

Menchies is one of my favorite places, but this location is off my list. I , like many , can’t eat sugary desserts for health reasons. Menchies is one of the places I can go to get a good SF or NSA option, Not at Riverstone though. I’ve gone in twice in the last month only to find they had not made any of the NSA or SF flavors. I realize that during this time in history , every place is short staffed. I get it. But, IMO, it should be a priority to make sure all of your customers at least have an option. If you are short handed and only making 6 flavors, make one of them be an option that anyone can enjoy. I’m an adult and easily get over the disappointment of not being able to get what I want. I can’t imagine a tired mom taking her child with dietary issues in for a treat and then having to walk back out empty handed.This last time it looked like over a third of the yogurt dispensers were empty. I suggest heading to another Menchies location.

This is probably the place I frequent the most with my daughter. They're so much better than Brain Freeze which is an exit over. They're SO good about having clearly labeled allergens (I'm celiac and almost every ice cream is gluten free which is awesome). I LOVE the pumpkin ice cream and wish it wasn't seasonal ? All the flavors are great though, and the owner is very friendly. There is a nice little outdoor area with some shade if you don't want to eat inside.
