We eat from Papa John's quite frequently. Food is always hot, the people that work there are excellent. Very friendly and they do their best to make the pizza as you asked. We usually walk in and order it and wait to pick it up. Pretty much guaranteed that it's going to be hot.

Y’all need to do something about your 3rd party order takers located in India.Horrible experience dealing with whoever is taking your orders over the phone because they aren’t from canton, ga and they are about as dumb as a box of

The staff here is about as unfriendly as it gets. You walk in to pick up your order and nobody greets you, they just look at you like you are an inconvenience. All they ask is your name and hand you the food. No thank you, have a nice day, nothing. They don't even take the time to check your order. Pizza was undercooked this time, had raw dough in several places. Our last few orders have had missing toppings. Not that they care but I think we will explore other options on pizza night. A shame because we love Papa John's. This location needs some personality training.

Picking up a DeliveryI want it to be clear that the reason the food is at a 3 is because it was food for someone else so I cant judge it I can only give it a standard pass.The Main reason for this review is because of the rude and obnoxious multi-colored hair lady that was not helping anyone . If she's a manager and your having staffing issues I can tell you its not the staff.This lady pops out of the back and is so close to the guy trying to take care of the couple people in the lobby that it made me feel uncomfortable. she immediately starts in badgering him and trying to tell him what to do when he didn't ask and seemed to be handling everything just fine. then when he's finishing up with a customer she tries to convince him that he messed up and he needed to do this and that. Guess who was wrong in the end and was just snotty about it. Did you guess the Multi color hair chick because you'd be right. Once the lady got her order after this fiasco she turned around and as she was headed out the door she rolled her eyes and you could tell she felt some kind of way with the whole ordeal.This was a very unprofessional experience that i hope is taken seriously.

I don't know what other reviews are on about, my food has always arrived hot and almost always correct. When a driver forgot my soda, he ran back to the store to grab it for me! Or when they gave me the wrong wings by mistake, they remade it and sent it out. I've been ordering both delivery and take out for years & my household loves their food. Plus the customer service is great in my experience!

ordered pizza online thinking that the pizza was going to be the standard pizza which is shown according to the picture...Surprise surprise it was not instead the website defaults to the thin crust pizza...it was Horrible and crunchy...I called to ask the manager how did that happen she states because it a web order i would have had to click on it...well that was not true either..if you don't customize the pizza then you will not receive the original crust... I understand everyone is cutting back but this is riduculous...showing a picutrfe of one thing and then switich with somehting else...

When the food arrives on time, when it's delicious and then the driver is nice and courteous, what else could you ask for? Nothing!

Order arrived very late, cold, and was not even close to the order that was on the receipt. Called the store and then waited another hour to find out the replacement pizza is still sitting at the store getting cold.

If you're lucky enough to get a Papa John's driver, your pizza will arrive on time, hot, and fresh. Door dash drivers, forget about it. We order a lot of Papa John's Pizza. Enough to where our usual driver insists we need to create an account. We do tip well so as our regular drivers will remember our address, I worked at a different location in the past so I know they do. Door dash probably doesn't care. More focused on quantity I assume. I've actually received a coupon, saying something went wrong with our delivery, before our pizza showed up. This time the tracking went from 8 to 7 to 6 to 31 mins. As you guessed..... Cold pizza. Again.
