I placed a online order, picked it up and got home to find the cheese missing off my Philly, no biggie, stuff happens, I get it. I normally don't call to complain, but did call to let them know, nicely. The young man that was in charge(didn't catch his name) went out of his way to personally make me another sandwich at no charge. Great customer service! Food was awesome as usual.

Wonderful customer service. One young lady was cleaning the floor and tables. A young man came out to start taking our orders. Very nice young man. But Mrs Dee is who showed much love and kindness. She was super funny and her customer service was impeccable ??

With all the negative reviews on this location, I have only had one negative review one evening. The young guy was very annoyed with my orders. With being a former employee years back, I completely understand customer service. Not to mention I worked at this actual location, so I do understand how busy this store gets. I do frequent this location and other than the one time, I have had nothing but great service. The establishment is always clean. All the veggies look fresh and stocked. I never feel skimped on my toppings. I usually always ask for condiments on the side and never have an issue. They are quick and always seem pleasant.Vegetarian options: You are able to order a veggie sub with your choice of red onion, green bell peppers, black olives, cucumber, pickles, lettuce, spinach, banana pepper, jalapeno, tomato, or guacamole.Parking: There are a number of restaurants and stores so parking does get more busy in the evening.Kid-friendliness: There is nowhere for kids to play, but it does offer a kids meal with a mini 3inch sub, their choice of apples, chips, and a cookie. Milk or juice box for a drink.

Horrible management and restaurant!! I placed an online order for a few sandwiches. Upon entering the restaurant and going to the pickup location I was greeted with “oh you ordered online it’s gonna be a while.” I proceeded to wait about 15 minutes and then the “owner” asked “ what time is ready time on his order?” Employee said 1:55 and owner asks what time is it now and employee states “1:52” owner says well it’s not 1:55 do not start his sandwiches yet. Meanwhile employee hands me a cup and asks me to “fill this with water for me please.” Another customer asks cashier a question and owner says “ you’re gonna have to wait a minute she’s new, she cannot answer any of your questions” I then proceeded to wait another 10 minutes and simply asked “Are you going to start making my order or can I just cancel?” This woman proceeded to tell me to “apply for a job and make the order yourself!” I said no thanks I have a job and she proceeds to tell me she “makes more money than me and she is the owner” I then asked for them to completely cancel my order to which she tells employee to do so and then says “you know what I want to cancel his order myself.” She comes to register and proceeds to tell me I have ordered from her before and “ know how busy this location is.” She then told me to never order from her store ever again. Don’t worry that won’t be a problem. I went to Publix next door and got a better sandwich for less money. I see several reviews on how they were treated by this same woman. If she is indeed the owner corporate might want to look at her as I’m sure this behavior would not be tolerated as a franchiese.

This Subway never seems like they have enough of anything. Workers seem “annoyed” if you want something that needs to be cut or replenished. This is the 2nd time where we have come to this location and they don’t have wraps, we left and nothing was even said about the business they lost…Disappointed :-/

I think subway has seen much better days. I can't say a thing about the employee bc he was great. The roll seemed undercooked. The sandwich had an avocado spread not fresh slices...big difference. Don't think I will be returning. Plus it's expensive.

Terrible. I order 3 subs. One footlong turkey, One foot long roast beef, and one, 6 inch BMT. They put 12 slices of turkey on the footlong and ONLY 4 slices of roast beef on the other footlong. Literally, the roast beef did not cover the bread! When I questioned them, they told me roast beef gets less….. really! That’s not less, that’s a veggy sub. Never again will I go there.

It is 9:36 the subway is currently closed. With store hours saying it's open at 9am. Is the store hours different or is this place poorly ran?

Placed an order online for 6 foot long sandwiches for kids after game. There was 2 meat ball, 2 Italian, 1 tuna and 1 Turkey. While picking up sandwiches there was a skinny older lady wearing black and red top which I assumed was a supervisor since it was Sunday afternoon. She was annoyed by the order since 6 sandwiches were ordered.My first interaction with her was super negative but it only went from negative to worst. She started questioning why it was 6 sandwich order I advised her that I have a team of hungry kids and they can’t wait. She then started to throw a fit and started to throw sandwiches on the counter. I asked her not to throw sandwiches around and if she is annoyed I apologize for placing big order to deescalate situation. She then mumbled something, was cursing and stated that customers with multiple sandwiches should not be able to place order for 3 or more sandwiches. I advised her that all I want is my food. She became more annoyed and I did not engage at this point.She was so busy being so disgruntled that she confused the order and made me the wrong sandwiches. While I understand everyone can have a bad day I expect to be treated with respect especially in front of other customers not to mention kids.I will never order food from there ever again.

Today I had lunch with my father at this Subway. A black man came in to pickup his mobile order. He stood right where the sign says “Express Orders”. The white woman preparing sandwiches told him to not stand there staring at her while she was preparing his food. What?!!! Every customer watches their food being prepared at Subway! The man said he wasn’t staring at her, he was just waiting on his food. He left the restaurant (It was freezing outside, BTW.) and came back five minutes later to pick up his food. (I guess he felt he had no other option since he had already paid through the app.) This man deserves a serious apology from this Subway. I myself will not return to this location as long as this woman is employed there.

There is this worker that remembers your orders. He doesn't exactly remember but it's just crazy. I only came in one time and when i came in the second time this man literally already knew my order. Did I fall in love?...yes. So yes the service is good and the worker is really nice.Vegetarian options: Spinach, bell peppers, onions, Lettuce, and other things I don't remember.Parking: There is a lot of parking because there are other stores there.

Ordered 2 subs and 2 waters. I asked for the water cups and was told to take 2 small cups. Then I noticed I was charged $3.98 for 2 20 oz fountain drinks. When I asked for a refund for the drink, employee first said he would have to redo whole order. So i said ok lets do that. Then he said he doesnt have the authority to do that. Then he said he charged me for the cup. So i asked was it the policy to charge for the cup? And he said yes. I know its not a lot of money, but how ridiculous to charge $3.98 for fountain water. If he would have told me up front, I would not have ordered the water.
