“I drive around for a living so a good pitstop is not just a blessing but a necessity. You can only imagine my surprise when I drove past this brand new little jewel, and yes, they were open, and with a brand new clean bathroom! True, the dining room was closed to seating but just the joy of going inside, using the bathroom, washing my hands, placing my order, and getting to interact with the employees was a blessing. I asked the employees how long they've been open, about eight months, and the place was still sparking brand new with enjoyable customer service. And of course because of Valentine's Day, I had to get my next customer a dozen assorted heart shaped donuts. Success! Thank you Dunkin', for keeping me running!“

“The location is having serious supply issues lately, and today they're not able to make lattes because both of their machines are out for repair BUT the employees I've dealt with have been friendly and accommodating in spite of the abuse they're probably taking over this stuff. I was offered an apology, a refund, or two alternatives to the latte I ordered without having to ask. Good customer service goes a long way with me, so thank you gals for making the best of a tough job!“
