Always good to head to cook out when the fam is wanting to eat out bc you get plenty of food and it's cost efficient with a family of 5. Kids and I stopped in for just a shake recently and we were not disappointed, again a great price for a quick sweet treat and they were amazing!

My visit was after midnight, and the food was pretty good. The only issue is the lack of customer service and people to people skills. For example, the drive-thru attendant didn't make sure I had a grip on my bag before letting it go, resulting in the bag hitting the ground. His only response was that it didn't spill out. After an attitude from the staff, it was remade. This was an isolated incident not to reflect on other visits.

Every table was dirty and there were liquids on the ground. Very disgusting inside.
WTH is really wrong with this location. It’s the closest to me having to drive 30 mins to it and it’s the worst one I’ve ever been to. You think when you’re in certain neighborhoods you will receive better quality but I’ve been to Cookouts in Atl, Riverdale, Decatur and never have so many problems ever. I have to constantly call the cookout complaint number. When we arrive home our order is always wrong and now there was long black straight hair in our food. Once again I had to call the complaint line. These people here are nasty and don’t care how they prepare your food. I rather go to the Cookouts in the rougher neighborhoods.
The food was mid. The fries weren't the worst but they weren't good either. And the burger smelled weird even though it taste okay.

Asked for a jumbo cheerwine and saw when I got home with it they gave me sweet tea instead.

You pay for what you get. I love the prices but the food was horrible. Fries were old, missing my walking taco, chicken sandwich was nasty, (There was nothing we could eat all the way. ) my daughter's hamburger taco was the size of a dumpling and the hamburger meat was hard, my blt had 1 slice of bacon on it and the only thing good part of the sandwich was that once slice of bacon.
