This was my first time at Cook out. I was told great things but was pretty disappointed. The girl working the register did not listen very well. She did not give us our drink cups when we ordered and when we asked for ours, she gave us the small size not large that we paid for but we had no clue until we saw the larger lids on the counter. My waiter Rebekah was so good! She was so friendly and so helpful. I had never been to Cook Out before, and had trouble reading the menu, and she dedicated 5 minutes of her time to reading it to me. The food was very good as well. My son loved it as well. We WILL be coming back!!

Love the cheese bites, but EVERY time I order them it's never a full order. And when I double them up on the trays I get the same amount I would get if I didn't double it up.
