Delicious beer is now in fashion (sorry, Michelob and Budweizer), and Local Ties make a good array of it. I'll add that it isn't all just super bitter IPAs; they make a nice variety of beers, from black stouts to light lagers and fruity IPAs. Support your local hop heads.
Drove out to Carrollton for the day. Found Local Ties while walking around the town. Great place, staff is awesome and very helpful. Nice selection of beers available with various size pours. Does not serve food but you are welcome to order in food or bring food in from the various restaurants around. They also have a parking lot available behind the brewery. And dogs are welcome inside as well, great place to have a few brews with your furry buddy.

Great local (pun intended) brewery! We walked here to wait on our table at Brown Dog Eatery and it was a great place to wait. Plenty of TVs and cheap, but delicious beers. I had a Stranger Danger IPA and my wife had the Tripping Berries Sour and both were awesome. We will definitely be going back. Highly recommend!
