There are about three good employees at this location, but management somehow chooses to let the least capable employees take the drive-thru orders. One employee is particularly terrible. Her order etiquette is abysmal. She doesn't listen the first time an order is placed and almost always requests that the order be repeated. However, once the order is placed, she doesn't repeat it, nor does she swap screens so that the customer can see what she's keyed into the system. The sad part is that I think they've made her a manager. Simply pathetic.

What is going on at this location? Are they drinking on the job or taking drugs because Who serves a burger with just ketchup and mustard that don't even make sense? The higher-ups need to come to this location and clean house if this is how they are serving food and treating there customers then none of the people working at this location should be working at all if this is how they do there work. AND GIVE THE CUSTOMERS THERE RECEIPTS YOU'RE PROBALY TELLING THE CUSTOMER A FAKE PRICE AND KEEPING SOME IN YOUR POCKET AND THATS WHY YOU ARE NOT GIVING THE PEOPLE THERE RECEPTS IN THE DRIVE THRU....PEOPLE START DEMANDING YOUR RECEIPTS BECAUSE THERE IS A THIEF WORKING THE DRIVE-THRU!

There is something shady going on here. 5 dollars for a single egg McMuffin. But all prices I see say 3.79 for egg McMuffin online. Employees skimming or something. Very rude woman says that is the price now. Maybe this is how McDonald's is paying very rude unprofessional untrained people such a high hourly rate these days.
