There are about three good employees at this location, but management somehow chooses to let the least capable employees take the drive-thru orders. One employee is particularly terrible. Her order etiquette is abysmal. She doesn't listen the first time an order is placed and almost always requests that the order be repeated. However, once the order is placed, she doesn't repeat it, nor does she swap screens so that the customer can see what she's keyed into the system. The...read full review

God bless you all and, Antonio, The Manager at this location and his co manager and all of his employees now are awesome! A very loving, gentle and kind people of God. I know they've been through a lot to improve and maintain MacDonald's very impressively, long historical strict business values.
