I decided to eat here while visiting my friend and it was a mistake. I would stay away from this place. The ribs are one of the worst I ever have had. Do not eat here. You and your stomach can thank me later.

Pulled pork definitely is not smoked on a traditional smoker! No smoke flavor!! I didn't realize this was a chain! I just don't call it barbecue unless they actually smoke it!

Ordered the sampler. Was plenty for two people. Food was good ribs, chicken and sides all great. Only complaint is I ordered on line and arrived at designated time, gave cashier my name and she said it wasn't ready. App said it was I waited and asked again it had been sitting there all along. More attention is needed for take outs. But again food was good at Shane's.
Every time I go to Shane’s at night or day the food come out cold and I’m thinking how is that if they are cooking stuff fresh and I’m sitting there waiting for my food for about 15 mins or so and it still come out cold make it make sense.
A server name Emma is rude and disrespectful to customers other than that Shane's rib shack is an awesome place to eat but if you ever want to place an order ask for someone different if it is

Great service today, came in for lunch and we were acknowledged immediately upon entering with friendly service from Brittany. She made sure we had everything we needed In our to go order and walked out with it by the time we filled our drinks. We will be back!
