We just moved to Cartersville a week ago and were thrilled to find that there is a Bruster’s in town. We have been long time Bruster’s customers for many years and enjoy having our Bruster’s ice cream each week. The Cartersville location did not disappoint on our first visit on Tuesday! Service was great, but the key lime pie ice cream was horrible. We ate at the one in Douglasville and it was our favorite and tasted like real ice cream . This tasted like gross lime sherbet fluff.

Excellent service on a Saturday afternoon with a bustling outside full of families. Went through the drive-thru in quick fashion. The ladies were very nice and excited to see my dogs in the back of the car. Offered pup cups without hesitation.The ice cream was tasty and the waffle cones were of good quality.
