They food was good, but I’m writing this review to highlight the AMAZING customer service Kathy and the other staff members provided. Kathy was amazing and super sweet. She made my day after a long morning on the road. I tried to complete the Burger King survey, but for some reason the survey code on my receipt is not working. However, I hope the store owner sees this and reward their staff for the excellent work.
Caught a flat and had to change it on the parking lot. The manager came out to check on us. I appreciate the concern and the offer to help! The food was burger king food however the humanity was appreciated!

The staff here is great. They’re fast and friendly with burgers/food that are well made, not skimpy on toppings and fresh. I’ve messed up my order once or twice and they’ve always made it right even when they didn’t have to. So appreciate the excellent customer service.

Went threw drive-thru on Friday January 5th 2024, the cashier told me that they can’t take my order for at least 10 to 15 minutes because there working on a big order for front cash…. I’ve never heard of such thing, turning down an order (money) for another order. All I wanted was a Whooper meal, would’ve took them 10 minutes max. SMH…

Everything about this place is horrible. I asked for a rodeo cheeseburger no sauce they give me just meat and onion rings so when I ask them to add the cheese the manager go get a piece of cheese and hand it to me in the window, like who does that. It’s very unprofessional there and customer service is horrible.

Got the bacon cheeseburger today. What a puney small sandwich. This is the size that use to be a kids meal size.Meat didn't even cover bun and it was thin. I'll go to Wendy's next time.

This is the slowest BK I have ever been to. They are never in a hurry to get orders out with people just standing around. If you need food fast, this is not the place to go.

Best Burger King I have been to in years. It was clean, very well maintained, the service was quick and the employees were very friendly. If you're on the road, make this a pit stop. Use the app to get special deals. My kids love Burger King but I always hate going there because most are poorly run. We will make this our stop now whenever we pass through on road trip.
