“I stopped in for lunch today. Decided I'd try the Blackened Bacon Chicken Cheese sandwich. The service was great and the sandwich had a delicious flavor, but it was generally soggy. You'd usually expect some kind of texture to something that's blackened, but it was all soft. The bacon was extremely soggy and had absolutely no texture to it, it was just falling apart.The chicken breast was surprisingly large, which makes the price a little easier to swallow. I may get one of these again, but it will be without the gooey bacon.“

“The food was hot and good but the cashier was slow and ignored a bunch in people in line.And took her time getting people's orders.While a younger one was running around doing everything I give her credit.The one who took my order yea she needs to be retrained or let so horrible customer service.Cs I got my food then wanted seasoning salt and she totally ignored me.“
“I had the BEST customer service ever! Though the food has much to be desired, the young who served me by the name Latoya Wise was the epitome of excellent customer service. There was a long wait to place the order at the drive thru however, her customer service was worth the wait. Because of her jovial personality, I kept smiling as I approached the window. She was apologetic, congenial & efficient. I received my order under 15 seconds. Ms Wise is gets a 5star!“
“This location is in the same office complex as my office and we eat here at least 2 - 3 x a month. When I first moved my office to this area a couple years ago, this location was struggling. Bad attitudes from the employees and just not a great restaurant, at all. Now that has completely changed and the ladies running this location have really done a great job. They are friendly and they CARE and the food order is always accurate and fresh. Well done on the turnaround!“
“I never leave food reviews. But I thought I would just this once.I came by around 2pm 2/29/24. It’s kfc. You come in for chicken, quick and hot. You don’t come in to chat with the poor workers or judge the service. So that’s what I got, chicken quick and hot. No complaints.However, I tried the new chizza combo and I just have to say, if you’re reading this and you work for this company, I hope y’all NEVER get rid of it. Amazing food. I would eat this every day until I finally got my coronary. If you’re reading this and you’re just a customer, give it a try! Honest! It’s like cheap chicken parm you’d make right at home. I’m obsessed and that’s dangerous.Anyway please give everyone here a raise as well I’m so serious. The other reviews are crazy hostile. I have no idea what everyone has to put up with at this store. I’m just a guy that gets a to-go lunch here occasionally, but I’ve never had a poor experience. I don’t think these reviews hold much weight and maybe everyone in this city is just sour as ever.“

Not only did they bring it, he brought a large container for us to enjoy and personally apologized for the error. Mistakes happen. We're human. It's how you react that makes all the difference.
