Swheat Market offers very good food made from high quality ingredients, more like home cooking than restaurant food. The chicken salad is excellent with juicy, thick chicken and homemade pickles and dressings. The sweet tea is made from actual tea and sugar, not syrup. Prices are great and the cake is truly excellent. The staff is always friendly and the portobello spinach quesadilla with sweet potato fries is a favorite, served with delicious boom boom sauce. Located downtown, the restaurant can get busy, but there are parking options nearby.
