This Chick-fil-A is among the best! They excel at quick service with extremely fresh, delicious food. The workers here are always kind and efficient. I find that the chicken biscuits here are especially hot and scrumptious, but you can’t go wrong with anything at this location. Check it out for a fresh, quick bite!

UPDATED 4/4/24Much better and speedy service today on tail of breakfast. Chicken biscuit nice and hot.Prior Review:Drive through is extremely slow. Beautiful new building and renovations. Perhaps more focus needed on logistics and add staffing.

I frequent this Chick-fil-A quite often with my coworkers on our lunch break and for some odd reason, the drive thru crew can never understand when there’s more than 1 pick up order in 1 single car.We always end up waiting 10 minutes for our orders to be given to us and the employees always seem confused and dismayed when this occurs. Today, they tried giving us a different order and was even more confused when I told them my order name.They need to understand that more than 1 order can go to 1 car. This situation has happened multiple times and I figured now I should leave a review.

Food is great but everytime I come here they forget stuff I went through the drive through and they forgot my fries and then I get back to work from my 15 min break to get food and realize there’s no dressing for my salad which is now useless and I won’t eat anymore it made me so sad. Please check the items in the order some of us have zero time to eat for work

It's good but seriously overpriced 4 for a drink is ridiculous!
11:15 a.m. on Monday March 25, 2024 I stood at pick up for 3 minutes without help or acknowledgment from 4 staff members who either looked me in the eye and/or walked right past me. Nothing about this experience was on brand for Chick-fil-A. Extremely poor customer service. It wasn’t until the manager came out that I was finally assisted with my pick up order.

Everyone who has experienced a Chick-fil-A in the south knows that their customer service is second to none. Well, this location takes the flaky biscuit ?? Manager Otis and his wonderful staff (I only had the pleasure of personally interacting with Bella, Ashton, Aiden, Yossy, and Parker) have convinced me to change this location to my local CFA. If you're in the area and need breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner - Monday through Saturday, of course - you should pop in and say hello in person.Thank you, guys, for making my day, yesterday. Lord knows I needed the help finding a reason to smile yesterday... Thank you for letting me take a few photos so that I won't forget the experience and can share your wonderful, smiling faces ?Vegetarian options: Delicious waffle fries, yummy Mac and cheese, and great salads (just ask for no chicken, and no bacon in the Cobb)

Do not go to this location! Every time I go, there is something wrong my order. Every time. This last time, half of my soup was empty, my large fry had about 1/4 of the normal amount and the container was stuffed with napkins, asked for a salad with no cheese, and of course it had cheese. Literally every item was messed up. And of course, there were no sauces, dressing, or the roasted bell peppers. Idk what they are doing up there but I’m definitely going to a different location now.
