terrible service! After telling me that they do not take orders from walkers and that they only do it online or by call, I did it online I waited 25 minutes when I went to pick up the pizza they only told me to wait 30 more minutes with faces of not being happy with life and they told me that It was better to cancel the order because they were very busy, the Spanish-speaking man and the colored girl had terrible service.
I can't attest to the quality of the pizza, because we never got the pizza.We placed a scheduled delivery for the next day1) they didn't show up on time,2) the employee on location Assured us the delivery left on time and would be there any minute,3) the pizza never showedDon't bother.

This is our go-to pizza place. I'm big on the sauce-to-cheese ratio in pizza, and Papa John's gets it right in my book. I've been eating from this franchise for 15 years, and I've never been disappointed with the food or the service.
