“This is our second time coming up to the area for a little vacation away from busy Orlando FL area. We are in love with the town and nearby trails/helen. It’s our new tradition to stop into Clyde’s the first night we arrive and once more before heading back home. Each time we’ve had the most wonderful encounter with the best staff. Specifically Trudy & Brenda. They are absolutely angels and we love getting to see them when we come in! They always make us feel so welcome and like we are part of the town! The food is absolutely delicious as are the cocktails! I wish I could pickup Clyde’s and bring it back home with me! Can’t wait to come back again soon!Kid-friendliness: They have a great kids menu with lots of options and super affordable”

“The cleanest! Best run restaurant anywhere near Cleveland. Food is highest quality! Fresh! Generous servings. Ask for the housemade "special green salsa" with your chips..memorable!!! I love the stuffed poblanos best! But everything is great! Beers super cold! Owners and staff very attentive and appreciate your business ..sorry no photos...It jumped in my mouth before I remembered!”

“This afternoon we celebrated my mom's Birthday. Her first time eating here. Some had the buffet line, some had the grill menu. Everything was great! One particular worker, angel was so nice to my momma after she fell from her getting up from her chair. She stayed with my momma until the paramedics came. I forgot her name, but I told her thanks for everything she did.Best homecooking we have had! Grist service, wonderful prices. Definitely will be back!”

“Our first time to visit and it was all good. Quality of their creative menu items and combinations were well done. Staff was friendly and attentive - a welcomed surprise these days. Price/value/experience relationship was excellent. Counter, kitchen, dining area, bathrooms, and parking area well maintained. I had the Mouth of the South burger. Cooked to temp correctly and came with bacon, fried green tomato, pimiento cheese and hot fries. My wife had a deli sandwich that was delicious, lots of sliced Turkey, and potato salad. The potato salad was OK. We'll be back with friends even though it's a 20 plus mile drive down and back over the mountain. It was that good of a meal.Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free bread for an option with an up charge. It was very good product.”

“One of our favorite wineries! The wines are excellent, staff is friendly and helpful. They always have music on the weekends. You can bring your own food or they have some charcuterie items or purchase. Great outdoor area with lots of tables. There is a also an area with fire pits and a dome you can rent. Dogs are allowed outside only. They have a small indoor seating area as well. (no pets inside on rainy days) Would highly recommend!”

“It is worth the drive to come here! The atmosphere is friendly, and the service is excellent. Most importantly, the food is delicious! I had some amazing pulled pork at Riverside Tavern. I highly recommend it.”

“I’m always kinda iffy about barbecue unless I’ve had it before but this place did not disappoint. We always use sweet baby ray’s but this sauce was so good. I drenched my food in it. You get a big plate and a piece of garlic toast. I would definitely eat here again.”

“The tables and seating around the fire pits were so cozy. There was live music and the the stations outside make buying a glass or a bottle of wine quick and easy. This was my first time visiting, and definitely won't be my last.”

“Brisket was good, pulled pork good. The French fries were dry and old tasting the grandkids said. They didn't eat any more after tasting them. The Mac n cheese was also dry. No one really cared for it. We all had envisioned it being cheesy and creamy but it was way off the mark. The coleslaw tasted as if it may have been from a pre-mix bag of vegetables with a generic sauce added. The BBQ sauce was delicious. It was a mild disappointing meal considering the North Georgia BBQ in Dahlonega is somewhat better. We ended up going back to Zaxby's and getting the grandkids more food. We drove about 25 miles to eat there.”
