Just went there after lunch today (7-22-22) and the dining room is closed. Looks like four employees in the restaurant but they said that have do use the drive through. Hard to sell ice cream through the drive-through when you can’t see the flavors. The waffle cone was stale the bubble tea was basically caramel flavored milk with a handful of Boba‘s in the bottom. And just very disappointing experience. Probably won’t go here again although the ice cream tasted fine.
I came to this location many times and this is the second bad experience i had with the ice cream. Today is was my banana split. When it was given to me there were 2 normal scoops of ice cream and one small itty bitty scoop, then i noticed that there was only one topping which was pineapple. When i asked the employee what came on the banana split she said strawberry, chocolate syrup and pineapple but they were out of strawberry and i told her there isnt even any sryup on it.
