“I am a fried chicken girl. But, usually I don't feel like cooking it myself. The fine folks at Church's take care of me every time. Their chicken is always moist and juicy and their sides are perfect. I love the jalapeno cheese bombers so much my husband and I always fight over the last one! Honey butter biscuits are a guilty pleasure that I can not live without. Thankfully, Church's has me covered. I love to stop by on the way home from work and pick up a dozen or two. I just snack on them all evening while watching TV. They are a perfect little dessert item if you ask me!“
“Chicken from a gas station/convenience store doesn't seem like the best place to get a good meal, but this place fries up chicken better than most of the local chicken restaurants and all of the local chicken chains. Matter of fact, if it can be fried they'll drop it in a big ole grease filled fryer and cook it until it's crisp and golden brown. Be sure to pay attention to the menu though. If you rattle off a bunch of stuff you want rather than using the combo wording as on the menu then you'll pay the a-la-cart total rather than the lower combo prices. Stick to the combos and it's a pretty decent deal.“
“MANAGEMENT: I must admit that I experienced superb & extraordinary service at Church's on 12/22/2023 from Jessica C & Teryon Archer. Those two were the absolute best with their customer service & delivery. My mom and I visited the store on Old National Hwy where she lives in Columbia, SC (no more Church's chicken) and she loved the food and loved the customer service from those two ladies. They were friendly, accepting, fun, and most of all they made our purchase of your chicken GREAT. The last manager anyway this NEW manager was the best move for Church's on Old National Hwy... I love the experience we had. They did an awesome job.....“

“Hattie B's is the place to be! My husband and I love to eat here and try the various spice levels of chicken. Personally, I will go no higher than medium, but he will go up to "Hot Hot."Generally we get the dark chicken plate (various spice levels), and jalapeno creamed corn, fries and collard greens. Plus a banana pudding, of course.Parking can be a challenge, as they only have a few spots. You can park at the lot next door, but it is paid and closely monitored.Kid-friendliness: Open area outside for kids to play in.“
“This was different from any Harolds I've ever been to. It was pretty much a club. The drinks were strong and the food was great. Coming from the Chicago area it was quite welcoming to find this place in my travels. The waitress was nice and the food was delicious. My catfish filet was enormous!“
