Every time I come to this location they are OUT OF SPICY CHICKEN. I understand sharing cases of chicken between locations but it’s ok to stock another location but leave this location without SPICY chicken. YOU CANT MARKET SPICY OR ORIGINAL ON YOUR FLYER IF ITS NEVER AVAILABLE. That’s false advertising. Whoever the franchise owner is you are losing serious money. Is this a corporate policy ? I will definitely contact the corporate office and inform them of how this owner/management is operating this restaurant.
Update: I ordered DoorDash. Spent 35 dollars with all their fees and such. Then when I got the chicken it looked a mess. Like it’s been soaking in grease, biscuit cold,missing an extra biscuit. Then I got an Uber and went to the location. They had one person waiting with a big order, another customer finishing up so there was just me waiting. Two people on the frontline. After I waited for awhile I left. It wasn’t even worth it. I left the chicken on a table. The wish I took a pic of the food I was given it looked disgusting and I won’t order from here againMy irritation is why can’t we do better as a people. Other areas that’s less black don’t have these issues. I don’t care if you work in fast food. Just do your best in everything! I hate coming to this area for this very reason? money wasted. And fix your parking lot ! Dang

The lady at the window with the cornrows to the back offered excellent customer service and shout out to the cooks for frying the chicken to perfection! I haven’t ate there in years anywhere and it was fire!!!

I took someone there, I didn't purchase 4 myself... I don't like Church's ?Parking: Went thru the drive thru, didn't pay attention 2 parking.
i would give it a zero if i could first of all they all on they phones kept getting my order wrong they playing and talking in the background i had told the young lady to put on gloves because she was picking the chicken up with her hands never again they dont have no type of control

New Years Day hours were extended until 11pm and they were closed by 11:35pm! The Men closing were too rude to even acknowledge us at the window. The south is too slow and unprofessional for me! Misleading and disrespectful! Change your times on the window and online so this does not happen to anyone else!

MANAGEMENT: I must admit that I experienced superb & extraordinary service at Church's on 12/22/2023 from Jessica C & Teryon Archer. Those two were the absolute best with their customer service & delivery. My mom and I visited the store on Old National Hwy where she lives in Columbia, SC (no more Church's chicken) and she loved the food and loved the customer service from those two ladies. They were friendly, accepting, fun, and most of all they made our purchase of your chicken GREAT. The last manager anyway this NEW manager was the best move for Church's on Old National Hwy... I love the experience we had. They did an awesome job.....

Arrived at 11:32am on 12/17 to order a 2piece Texas chicken at drive thru. Deonna didn't greet or open her mouth to say anything. So early after opening why was I served old and hard chicken. Will never patronize again.
