“Don't let them fool you, everything in the hood isn't bad when it comes to customer service.I walked in to place a simple order and the lady at the counter was very pleasant and efficient. The quality of the food was very good and I was out of there quickly.“
“10 out of 10. I was celebrating my birthday and had a great time. I'll be back soon. The server was great, she was sweetParking: It was easy in and out, but it was getting full when we were leavingWheelchair accessibility: I walk with a cane and one of the employees tried to assist me“
“Had such a great experience at Azotea! This place is filled with great customer service and tasty authentic hispanic food options. Kalia (server) is the BEST. She was extremely patient and attentive with our table. I also got the pleasure of experiencing service from managers Lexi & Luisa who knew the menu like it was on the back of their hand lol. I love this place !! This is the place to be.“
“The bar tenders were very friendly and professional.Mary, one of the two (2) bar tenders was so attentive to my needs. In fact, she’s been my go to person when I visit T&T. I would recommend her to anyone who wants to hire her because she is very caring.“
“Very tasty tostada!!! Good roasted tomato salsa with thick crispy chips. Everyone in our group enjoyed their food! The setup is outdoors and family friendly with an area for connect 4 and space to play with a ball. It's also dog friendly!Canopies set up with tables and chairs or picnic tables. There are high chairs for little dinners. It's a place for everyone...Order, pay and take your number to your choice of table. The area is set down from the level of the street so kids can run around without getting into traffic too easily.“
“So glad we stopped in for a late lunch, the Al Pastor and Carnitas tacos were perfection! My spouse got a burrito. Achilles was our server and he has a great sense of humor and helped us have a great experience. Would definitely eat here again!“

“This IS BY FAR THE BEST MEXICAN RESTAURANT IN ATLANTA. The food is amazing, you can taste the authenticity in every bite. The drinks are amazing, you’ll fall in love. And last but not least *Drumroll ITS CHEAP!!! Your pockets are going to live it hereParking: Free parking right In front of restaurant“
“This was our second time visiting a Tin Lizzy’s, but first time visiting the Midtown location. We were warmly greeted and seated immediately. The hostess noticed a couple of the menus hadn’t been cleaned recently and quickly changed them out for us. Sure they weren’t clean, but that level of attentiveness was greatly appreciated. We started with the Three Amigos appetizer. The lady ordered the Cantina Skillet, and I had the Cowboy Skillet (pictured). Every bite of this dish is full of flavor! It’s super filling as well, I took about half to go. Definitely recommend adding Tin Lizzy’s to your list of places to grabe some grub!“
“I don’t think I have ever written a restaurant review before but I am compelled this time! The restaurant was nice, the staff was nice, the food and drinks were very good. HOWEVER… I get the bill (my daughter and I split the bill). I was a waitress through college, I always tip 20% or more. My bill had listed the 18% gratuity as $18.72, the 20% gratuity as $20.80 and the 22% gratuity as $22.88… my bill came to $58.37. I take offense to this because the restaurant hired the tips for each by $8, $9 and $10 above the correct tipping amount. This has left me with an eeek feeling about this restaurant and their business practices. So won’t be returning! There are many just as good or better Mexican restaurants out there!“
“Poco Loco unquestionably holds the title of the best breakfast burrito spot in Atlanta for me, and at the heart of this culinary haven is the visionary, Chef Nick Melvin. My first encounter with Chef Nick was a serendipitous one, while I was working at The Farmhouse at Serenbe, and this meeting forever transformed my perspective on dining. Poco Loco's breakfast burritos are nothing short of legendary. Each bite is a harmonious blend of flavors and textures, a testament to Chef Nick's culinary artistry. His ability to elevate the humble breakfast burrito into a gourmet masterpiece is truly unparalleled. It's evident that he approaches each creation with the same passion and precision that I witnessed during my time at Serenbe. During my tenure, I had the privilege of observing Chef Nick's love for food up close. His dedication to sourcing the freshest, locally grown ingredients and his unwavering commitment to sustainability left an indelible mark on me. It was there that I first saw him as a culinary artist, a maestro who could turn the simplest ingredients into symphonies of taste. Chef Melvin's profound respect for food and its potential to bring joy to people's lives forever changed my outlook on dining. His emphasis on the importance of savoring each bite, appreciating the journey of flavors, and supporting local producers reshaped how I approached food. It's this very philosophy that he brings to Poco Loco, where every breakfast burrito is a celebration of culinary creativity and a testament to his enduring passion. Chef Nick continues to be a source of inspiration, proving that dining is not merely sustenance, but an art form that has the power to elevate our lives and nourish our souls.“
“One of my favorite spots to eat for years! The food is delicious, the drinks are fantastic (the pomegranate margarita is a personal fave) and the staff is always super pleasant. The restaurant itself is unmatched in its awesome style/decor.Vegetarian options: The Flor de Jamaica (Hibiscus flower) tacos are absolutely phenomenal, a must try!“
“My teammates and I came here for a dinner during a workshop we were attending.Location: If you are staying near the Fox Theater, it’s a quick 5-7 minute walk to the restaurant, inside is decorated so cute!Parking: We walked from our hotelService: we made reservations for a party of 11 had and only waited 2-5 minutes before being sat, our server was great and organized.Ambience/Crowd: young old ratchet bougieFood/drink : 8/10 I would give a 10 because everyone’s entrees were delicious and the scallops are absolutely perfection but the guac was only ok.Favorite thing: scallops by farLeast favorite thing: guacamoleWill I be back? And Why - YES FOR THE SCALLOPS“
“The food was fantastic. Thomas, our server, was also great, he refilled our drinks any time they reached halfway and had a very friendly personality. The vibes and music were perfect, specifically would like to mention that the music kept me energetic, while not being too loud to socialize. The drinks had a perfect mix of champagne to OJ, mostly being Champagne. I enjoyed this spot a lot and would definitely recommend. It does start to get busier around noon if you’re looking for a more upbeat setting.“
“I’ve been here once and it was cute. The seating areas are nice. The fried oyster tacos were great. I recommend the Cadillac drink lol I know I probably spelled it in English but you’ll know what I’m talking about when you go lol 10/10“
“Enjoyed the vegetarian tacos from Mascogo. It is nice to know I can get them here for the next 6 months. I have been following them to different breweries around town for a few years.Vegetarian options: A few vegetarian appetizers. Delicious cactus taco. Taco with plant based chorizo and a taco with plant based chorizo and cactus.“
“I was looking for a good Mexican restaurant and ran across this gem on google. I was a little skeptical because I started to feel like all Mexican restaurants pretty much tasted the same. To my surprise, the food was AMAZING! I ordered the cheese dip with steak, shrimp, and chicken and the burrito which was pretty much the size of my entire plate with everything you could think of inside of it. Esteban was very helpful and patient with me in choosing my entree and everything was quick from the moment I sat down to getting my food to receiving my bill. I will definitely be coming back again very soon!“
“Zubi’s is a vibe on first impression: the decor and playlist are perfect and the patio is perfect for tacos in good Georgia weather. We ordered the beef birria, jerk chicken, hotlanta, and Detroit tacos, chips and salsa and drinks. The Paloma and margarita were delicious and complimented the food well. All were well balanced in flavor and uniquely delicious. Service was wonderful: the owner was friendly, helpful, and prompt. Definitely recommend.“
“First off I need to go again today I haven't had tacos like these in a very long time. Matter of fact, it seems like I've only had tacos this good in LA. So I was filled with joy to have another affordable, delicious, and authentic taco place to frequent closer to home.“
“The great food and atmosphere. Wonderful place to come and enjoy with friends. Manager was very attentive. Came and check in to Make sure we were enjoying our food. My daughter also loves it so we will definitely be coming back. Are you favorite place?“
“My partner and I work as chefs in NC and came down to atl for a vacation. This place is so good we haven’t even left yet and have agreed to take the 4 hour drive back here again just to eat! The empanadas melt in your mouth, the prawn are insanely good and fresh, and the confit lamb tacos are so perfectly balanced with the flavors of the toppings. Not to mention the cocktails were amazing. We were lucky to be squeezed in without a reservation, our server was Shelby, who was anlso clearly running the bar and she absolutely KILLED it. For someone doing that much work she was amazingly attentive and personable. 10/10 service from Shelby, 10/10 food. Will be back for more no matter how long the drive is!“
“Kelly at No Mas Cantina is an absolute gem! Her impeccable service and keen attention to detail saved our dining experience in ways we couldn't have imagined. Without her, our meal wouldn't have been half as enjoyable. Her warmth, professionalism, and dedication to ensuring every guest leaves with a smile is truly commendable. Thanks to Kelly, I'll be coming back to No Mas Cantina again and again, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a five-star dining experience.P.S Cameron rocks“
“Mom & Pop shops seem to be the BEST!!! I love authentic eatery. I love it more when it's the parents shop & they're still the cook, i know that they cook with so much love! Tacos were so great!!! A taco with a fresh sliced avocado! I mean how much better can you get?? They have their daughter waitressing which was dope & she was great & friendly. Ambiance was super calm & family orientated, they also had a mixed crowd which allowed me to know that everyone loves their tacos! Will definitely be back!“
“Tia Rosie’s is truly a hidden gem. Their food is delicious. Their prices are extremely affordable. These 2 qualities are very hard to find these days (especially in Atlanta and the surrounding areas) so that is much appreciated and really makes them stand out. I highly recommend the Philly Cheese sandwich (one of the best I’ve had), Mangonada, and Agua Fresca (specifically cucumber lime flavor). A note regarding the Philly Cheese sandwich: I’ve had both the steak and chicken option and while both are good, I prefer the chicken. Overall, I highly recommend Tia Rosie’s and will return frequently.“
“Barrio ATL is an entire VIBEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!! I ended up here on a Thursday. I was in the Cascade area and in the mood for tacos. After a search on Yelp Barrio ATL popped up and was where we headed for the night. As a heads up, Barrio ATL sits in the corner of the strip plaza. As such, the parking can be a bit tight so be sure to choose a space accordingly. Upon walking in, the ambiance puts you in the mindset of a trendy hookah lounge. Wall seating, chairs, and tables are to the left, and a VIP area style is to the right. The DJ is directly to the left of the VIP area and the bar area is to the left of the DJ. The building is medium-sized and build rectangular so there is ample length as compared to the width. There was no one at the Hostess booth when I walked in, however, the young lady got up from one of the tables in the back, greeted me, and quickly took us to our table. Once seated, the waitress assigned to our table came over and was super nice and welcoming. She introduced herself as Shay and went over the specials for the night. As the ambiance is more than just a casual bar, Shay’s service was superior. Her personality shined and she enhanced the overall experience of the night. Thank you, Shay! Based on the specials for the night I decided to go with the 3 Chicken Birriia Tacos for $9 (this was a great deal as they are usually $20) and a side of fries. As they didn’t have Sweet Tea on the menu I ordered a bottle of water. Shout out to Barrio ATL for serving Fiji. Ha. Babeeeeeeeeee… Here me when I tell you… I don’t know what kind of potatoes these fries were made with but they were the BOMBBBBBBBB. They were thick, perfectly fried, golden to perfection, and well seasoned. For the record, I would go back for the fries alone. LoL! The birria tacos were good as well. As this was my first time having them I don’t have anything to compare them to, however, I enjoyed the experience. The crunchiness of the taco shell with the well-seasoned chicken. The birria consomé was well seasoned and definitely enhanced the flavor of the taco, as such, for my first birria experience I enjoyed it. Furthermore, if the chicken was this good, I can’t wait to try the beef. Overall Barrio ATL is def one to add to the checklist when you are looking for a vibe. The DJ was on point, the ambiance was hittin like it needed to be, and the overall flow of the environment was ideal for a kick it/unwind/grab a drink type of vibe.“
“This is our local Tex Mex restaurant so I’ve been here a few times. The first few I struggled to find something I really liked on the menu but this time I tried the shrimp quesadilla and it was surprisingly great! The tortilla was stuffed with big, juicy shrimp. I also had the cantina margarita which wasn’t my favorite (tasted too much like sour mix). The service was fantastic though so I’d still recommend it for those in the area.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian combo section“
“Visited the restaurant on 2/20/24. I ordered the Birria tacos with a side of guacamole. Let me start off with I love the free seafood salad with crackers. Omg so good! I ordered some to go. ?. The tacos were good fresh and great presentation. I will be going back !“
“Willie's Mexican Restaurant in Piedmont delivers top-notch service and delicious food. The staff is attentive and friendly, making you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. The menu offers a wide range of tasty options, from fresh guacamole to sizzling fajitas. The ambiance is cozy yet vibrant, perfect for any occasion. Overall, Willie's is a must-visit for anyone craving authentic Mexican cuisine in Piedmont.“
“This is my first time going to this restaurant and it was a pretty good time. I sat at bar by myself and ordered 3 tacos and one margarita, and a to-go chile lime shrimp rice bowl after I tried the taco. They play a pretty good mix of music too.The staff were friendly attentive and gorgeous. Never had to ask for someone more than once. Food did take about 10-15 minutes to come out but other than that it was nice would definitely revisit. They're chile lime shrimp tacos were my fav. They also do rice bowls instead of tacos.“
“I've been going to the original TdS since the week they opened, back in 2000. A lot has changed in 24 years, but one thing that has not changed is that there is a line out the door about every single time I'm there. Now I'm standing in that line with people that weren't even born when the restaurant opened, surrounded by luxurious buildings and businesses that were once just vacant industrial space. I'm not big on always getting the same thing at a restaurant . . . . except for here. One fish taco, one fried chicken taco, and absolutely the shrimp poblano corn chowder. . . I've been eating that since it was on the menu at Sundown Cafe back in 1996. I don't live in Atlanta anymore, but every time I'm back, there's at least one trip to Taqueria del Sol, and it's not even just for the nostalgia.“
“We came to Atlanta for a competition and decided to pop in and try some local restaurants Tin Lizzy Cantina. OMG the best guac fresh chips salsa and the steak Philly tacos the bomb. Not sure why their rating is lower but I know you can’t please everyone. I give them 10/10 OGG was our waitress so friendly, the down home atmosphere if you come to Atlanta and don’t come eat here. Everything was great. Thanks OGG for the great service we will definitely be back.“
“Ordered a Carne Asada burrito for my husband. The flavor was excellent, and the size of the burrito was enormous. Given that we had a tight connection between flights, I really appreciated how speedy the service was. If you're in a hurry and jonesing for a tasty burrito, Willy's is an excellent choice.“
“I went there twice and the first time food was fresh, full of flavor, delicious reasonable priced. The service was polite and timely they are in a great location so when you park in the parking lot can easily be found. The second time there the food was not as great as the first time and the amount of food seemed smaller but will try again and recommend others to try as well“
“I’ve ate here numerous times but never reviewed. Everything I’ve had here was delicious but what took the cake was the Torta La Mexicaña. Can’t believe this was the first time I’ve had it but it was… It was absolutely delicious. I ate half then decided to take pictures of what’s left. It’s a really big sandwich so I could barely eat half of it. This place is legit and the prices are extremely affordable for the amount and quality of the food you get. Also to add, I’ve always had the food delivered and each and every time my food was consistently hot upon arrival.“
“Tried this spot today, and was not disappointed.Had the black bean croquettes which were divine (would work in the kitchen for free just to see how they're made!), and a take out order of chicken, red rice and plantain for my hubby... All was great. A wonderful addition to the Grant Park food scene....“
“Dined at this newest Superica location on a Sunday afternoon. Seating was readily available. Excellent Texas-inspired Mexican food but not what I would consider "Tex-Mex." Excellent drink selection...drink menu longer than food menu. LOL. Excellent table service and nice atmosphere. Highly recommend.“
“The food is great - Their staff is incredibly kind and attentive. AND their little store downstairs (Tiendita) is curated with items I've never seen before. Tons of great finds I've only really seen in Mexico although tons of other women or indigenous owned brands represented. They even had a coffee pop up when I was there today. Had a great time. Highly recommend. Every time I go there is some new update that makes it even better. Can't wait to see what's next!Vegetarian options: Chili Rellenos , all beans are vegetarian (refried and black beans), rice is vegetarian - so many items are vegetarian or vegan. Love the options for my vegetarian (practically vegan) diet!Parking: Plenty of parking in their lot. Looks like it is newly paved too.“
“Food was fresh and very tasteful. The restaurant decor and vibe are both very authentic. My server was professional and very knowledgeable regarding the food menu items. My drink was amazing and filled with flavor. The interior and bathrooms both clean. Enjoyed eating here and will return in the near future.“
“I liked it. My party did not.You can't get more tots for your buck. Delicious juicy burger for $11? Nowhere else in ATL. So why the weak tea? The kid tried very hard to manage 8 tables and the bar by himself. Very nice, but missed. Where's the Mgr?“
“Came here as a reservation party of 13 with coworkers and I was impressed at their handling of our large party. Appetizers came out quickly and there was only a couple minutes in between the first person and the last person to receive their entree. Their menu is interesting, with an Italian Mexican fusion section of pastas. I was feeling Mexican, so I ordered the enchiladas with salsa verde. It was very good and my only wish is that there has been a little more of the salsa verde on top of the dish. At the time of this post this restaurant is BYOB with a liquor store close by, so we brought in a couple bottles of premixed margaritas and six packs. They left jugs of water on the table for us to refill and were quick with the extra ice when we needed it for the drinks. Overall a very positive experience and I would come back!“
“Visited around 8pm on a Wednesday. Service was quick and the staff were kind and had helpful recommendations. The food was great, try out the burrito bowl and beef barbacoa burrito and blackberry fresca. The only issue was the rice was a little undercooked but it wasn’t a huge dealbreaker. Will definitely return, probably earlier in the day when the food is fresher.“
“Willy's is the best option for natural tasting burritos in ATL, way ahead of the competition. The staff and service at the Willy's on North Decatur is by far the friendliest and quickest. Unlike other fast-food chains, the food tastes natural. Parking is easy and the location has plenty of space to sit and enjoy a meal without having to rush. I'm vegetarian and eat there twice a week because the menu has plenty of healthy options. Please remember to say "please" and "thanks" when you order your food because the staff is very hard-working and deserves more recognition for the effort they make to please everybody!“
“Boca was Bocaing. The Mexican food is good. House margaritas were on point. Atmosphere casual- chic. I like clean bathrooms! The servers are friendly. The patrons were not "rushed." Walking neighborhood in the "new" Summerhill.“
“What a great spot! Met a friend here for brunch and it was awesome. Coffee was great and and the food was amazing. I got the chicken burrito and my wife had the salmon toast with an egg. It was all great. They do not have any sugar free syrups for the coffee but do have stevia sweetener. Overall a great experience!Dietary restrictions: Just an FYI - No sugar free syrups for coffee and drinks.“
“I just love this place. There are no frills or alcohol, just good food. They have a wonderful salsa bar too. I have tried several things like the Mexican pizza, posole, Carne asada, tortas, burritos, soups and many others. However, I keep coming back for their tacos and tamales.Im just addicted to good, well seasoned tacos. I go to their salsa bar and add nopales, carrots as well as several salsas and I'm in heaven.I also have to have a slice of choco-flan and a tall cup of aqua de frescos to top it all off.“
“Traveling through and spent the night in Fairburn. Chose Armondo’s for dinner based on reviews. We are SOOooo glad we did. This is some of the best Mexican food we have ever had. The before dinner chips are homemade and without doubt the best we have EVER had. The main course dinner did not disappoint. The service was wonderful and was an all around A+ experience. Thank you Armondo’s!“
“This place is outstanding the asada tacos was really good reminded myself of California Mexican food. They have breakfast burritos also I didn't see it on the menu but I heard them taking the order must stop place i will definitely be back“
“4 Stars because my frozen margarita was not so frozen and I expected it to be more/in a bigger glass for the price.I highly recommend the Elotes and Steak Quesadillas. The food comes in large portions!!! Our server was AMAZING!!!Parking: Unfortunately the parking garage isn’t FREE parking like how I expected it would have been since the entry gates were open.Kid-friendliness: Kids Menu“
“Being from San Diego this has been the closest thing I can find to real Mexican food. If you order the right thing it's not covered in cheese. Enchiladas are my favorite thing to order and you can't beat the happy hour margaritas.“
“The food at this place was delicious. I have a theory that you know a place is good when you see various cultures eating there. It was packed and for good reason! The service was extremely nice even when the place was busy. Definitely recommend.“
