Sade, the manager of the Shack Shack on A concourse was the most gracious and expedient working with her customers. She kept the flow of the multitude of diners going very smoothly.
My son loves this place and we often fly out late. I felt so bad as I walked up right before closing but Syncere is the sweetest and most professional cashier I have ever had. Refreshing during long, hectic travel days. Her customer service is far superior to most! She will go far!
