The red scarlet was an amazing fish dinner. Everything else was average. Soup was a let down, short rib was actually very good, the polenta was average, crab cakes were just ahhh. The wait staff did an excellent job and made the meal delightful. More seasoning in the soup and the sides and starters is needed.

We were only 1 of 2 tables occupied for an early meal on a Sunday night. The waiter never gave his name and within 2 minutes of being seated asked for our order, not for drinks or appetizers. The starters and the main course arrived at the same time after asking for them to be spaced. The entrees were very good but the bill arrived as the plates were cleared without ever offering dessert. We each had 3 different desserts none of which were on the menu. There may have been a separate dessert menu but again we were never provided one. I am not sure whether the waiter was just new but for a 3 person meal to merit the cost charged the service should have been much better than what we received.

Made reservations for the patio and called to confirm that the rooftop bar would be open, and was told that on the day of my reservation it would be open until 10pm. However, the patio that I had made reservations for was closed, and the rooftop bar was completely closed. The food was great, but the experience was very disappointing as it was not what had been reserved and confirmed.

Was not happy with our meal, $45 steak that was overcooked and lacking flavor and only came with a side salad that was bland also. Husband and friend had the braised short rib on grits and they both said it tasted just blah. I hate to leave a bad review but I hope this saves someone from making our mistake by picking this restaurant. I don’t mind paying for a delicious meal but this was a huge waste. It took forever to get our meals and didn’t send anything back or complain because we had plans that would have made us late. The only thing nice I can say about this place is the location, beautiful.

They was not serving lunch until 3 , we had to change tables 4 times due to the waiter not knowing where we was supposed to sit , then it took us 30 min to get a drink and no one came back to take our order so we get our ticket and left . Do not recommend. Service was terrible

Beautiful spot and good service. However the food was overall mediocre. I had the pork chop and my date had the pork butt salad. Both of which we found to be fine but nothing spectacular. Very expensive for the quality of food.

They need to figure out staffing. We made a reservation several days ahead of time. When we arrived a sweet server told us it was only two servers working that night. We waited , and waited. We' were never even seated. We left and went to The Stock Market. Great service and food there.

It's amazing to find a good, and consistently good, restaurant in a hotel. The Indigo chain defies doubt. Denim and Oak is no different. Recommend strongly if one stays there. Nice patio with views of the river.
