We went on a Friday evening so naturally it was busy. We had to pull off and wait a little while for our food. When the manager, Steve, came out to bring our food he was very hospitable and apologetic for the wait. He offered us a dessert and considering I’m very pregnant we gladly accepted. His great attitude and customer service made our visit great! Thanks Steve!

My boyfriend and I tried the shrimp with fettuccine and oh my God it was so awesome. And there was so much left over, we each had two more meals with the leftovers. And of course the garlic sticks are the best in the whole wide world. ?
3/3/2024: Workers were nice but they need to get their health inspection score up. Currently sit at 82. My daughter had two slices of pizza last week and was sick for a couple days. The wait is also a little too long even when trying to place an order. Won’t be going back anytime soon. Shame because I like their food.

I've hit the drive-thru at fazoli's a couple times a month. Today they did not give me any breadsticks two weeks ago I hit the drive through. They did not give me any dressing from my salad. Maybe they want to blame me cuz I didn't check my order. I called and that's pretty much what the girl said. I won't be back.

We like the food and the prices are good. We order here at least once a month. Today, however, I. Sat in the drive thru and watched/smelled an employee hot box a cigarette and throw it on the ground.. It's not a good look :( it really turned me off of eating here.

Really liked the pizza, fresh cheese. Good bread sticks. You have to buy the marinara sauce. Baked Spaghetti was good.

The food is good my daughter loved the Spaghetti w marinara. They have plenty of options for our picky eaters BUT the service is the gamble sometimes they're good and friendly sometimes they're not. They do have a great reward system on the app !

I believe I was served by a lady named Audry? That's what I overheard her name was. Her finger touched my food and when I confronted her, she denied it. Not to mention... I saw mold on my breadsticks??? This restaurant looked dirty and I noticed their health inspection grade on the wall... Yikes. But the young lady at the register was welcoming, I couldn't catch her name I believe it started with a J. She's the only good thing I noticed during my visit here. Fazoli's is going downhill. Not coming back at least for a while.

usually its 555 but this time no 1 was coming around with bread sticks so I had to go up and wait to ask them, it seams its becoming a little more common. I do love the app if you dont have it, get it. lots of stuff you can get with points and specials all the time.FAZOLIES you need 1 in Manchester GA, you would do soooo much biz up here.
