The manager named Kathryn is phenomenal. We had a few minor hiccups and she took care of it immediately. I have been to several Outback locations and Kathryn is by far the best manager I’ve ever encountered.
I just would like to share my experience at Outback Steakhouse in Columbus, Ga.First, I would like to thank Ms. Christy (Manager) for being so nice and accommodating a large party of 26..Lastly, Lucas and Kylie our waitress and waiter was TOP NOTCH! Our order was taken correctly with NO issue at all. The meal came out to the tables as quickly as they put in the order, the food was DELICIOUS and the atmosphere was amazing. I will most DIFFENTLY be back.
