“This is our go-to spot for Japanese food in Columbus and has been a consistent favorite for a long time. The quality is always reliable, the service is decent and efficient, and it’s just as good for a quick meal as it is for a relaxed dinner out.
We especially love the sashimi, which is always fresh and well prepared. The specialty sushi rolls are creative and there’s a great selection to choose from, so it never gets boring and there’s always something new to try.
One small note: quite a few of the rolls include cream cheese, which isn’t the most authentic approach, but there are still plenty of options to choose from depending on what you prefer.
Overall, a very dependable place with solid quality and variety. We keep coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for good Japanese food in town.“

“Let's be real, this is no fine dining. However, it is still damn good. If you want some cheap, greasy, calorie-packed quick japanese goodness then Sarku is it. I'm convinced this place is what keeps the mall open. Always get the double meat and with sauce, then get some yum yum sauce. Honestly, the best quick Asian place, way better than all the fast Chinese places, even if their menu is super limited.“

“I had a pretty good experience here. I ordered the Hibachi Steak and Shrimp entree with dumplings and bubble tea. Everything tasted really good and came out piping hot. The cashier Keisha also did an excellent job! 😎“

“I absolutely love their hibachi menu and the taste and quality of the food here has been consistently meeting if not exceeding our expectations for years. It is expensive, so except to pay for the higher quality dining experience, but worth it!“

“Hands down my favorite sushi spot in town. This is a family go to! When I ask my teens, ‘where would you like to eat?” I can guarantee they say Wasabi’s 90 percent of the time. Aside from sushi, they have good food. I love their Pad Thai and their Amazing Curry. Their apps are good. Staff is friendly and nice.“

“We had such a great time at Red Eight Ramen! Our server, CC, was absolutely wonderful — super friendly, attentive, and made us feel really taken care of the whole time. The food was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. We enjoyed every single bite.
