They are so slow when you use curbside on their Mobile app I sat outside one time for 30 mins waiting for my order I had ordered at 945 got there at 955 and didn't leave til 1050

If you go through the drive-thru, be prepared to wait at least 10 minutes just to place your order - if they take your order at all. I have driven off on several occasions after sitting at the speaker waiting on someone to take my order. If you do place an order, be prepared to be asked to go park and wait on your food - which will be another 15 to 20 minutes.
